When I approached she spoke as if her mouth was full making it impossible to hear much less understand. When I asked the difference in cost between overnight and priority she tossed an address sticker on the counter for me to fill out. She gave me an envelope and pointed to the area to fill out. What a rude obnoxious person the American tax payers are funding her life. Now I have thousands of dollars of products that I have to refund customers because this company didn't manage to give them to UPS, or didn't make sure they scanned them in as received if they did pick up.
