I recently moved from north jersey and I always got dip powder manicures on my natural nails never had a problem, when I walked inside I was greeted and I asked if they did dip powder manicures for natural nails I also let them know that I currently had dip powder on my nails obviously! I explained to him that I wanted dip Powder he told me he was not going to remove the dip powder because he didn't need to and it would grow out I told him that was not a good idea I guess he didn't have time to soak off my color and I told him I was unhappy with doing that and he still started to do it and told me to trust him read more

This was the most awful experience I've ever had! Talk about rude!!! This place has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service at all!!! First off I ask for tips. One of the tips were curved I said I wanted straight. The guy gets up and walks away without saying anything to me. Then the owner comes over and his exact words are "Your too picky, we cannot service you. Please leave!" I was in complete SHOCK!!!!! So a paying customer can't ask for what they want?????? This is the third place in Glassboro,that I have attempted to get a professional customer service driven nail business to complete my nails and feet. Once again this place disappointed me tremendously. In fact this was the worst place for customer service even though the actual services provided on my hands and feet were not half bad. The owner was rude self-absorbed and dishonest the entire visit. He was rough with my hands to the point where I had to speak to him in a very firm tone about the way he was jerking and swinging my hands and wrists around. He raised the prices of every single thing he did by 5 to 10 dollars. Again despite the poor or no extremely poor customer service the actual job didn't turn out half bad. Unfortunately he has to be involved in your experience if you go there as the other two ladies , one only did feet and the other one only did designs. This means I will never be back! read more

I love my nails! I got a full set acrylic , with gel polish. The guy who did my nails took his time and made sure I liked the color and length. The polish is smooth and the way he filed them and shapes them; the tech did a awesome Job! I would highly recommend going here! They also have a very wide variety of colors to choose from. I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi. But a shoulder injury plus a loooooong week equals some needed pampering. On spur of the moment I decided to pop in for a pedicure. I was taken immediately and was really pleased with the "basic" $25 pedicure. Even with the basic service I got buffed, massaged, scrubbed and pretty polish. Pros: no funky odor! Huge selection of nail polish. Chair that massaged my back for almost the entire time (heaven). Nice staff. Good bang for your buck. Clean and sanitary. This was a poor experience from start to finish. For starters, I made an appointment and then had to wait 15 minutes. I had a gel manicure removed and instead of wrapping my nails in foil, they had me dip my hands directly in the chemicals for 10 minutes. My skin started to dry out and turn white from the intensity of the chemicals. After several requests to NOT do my new manicure with gel, they used a gel based polish that I now can not remove. And if all that wasn't enough, my nails started chipping 2 days after the manicure. Worst nail experience ever. read more

Used to be my go to spot but it seems like there's new people running the show and my experience wasn't as nice this time. I wanted to try a dip color but the man there wasn't so nice about it. First he failed my nails all crooked and mis-matched. I politely addressed it but he seemed to be frustrated that I even mentioned it and also didn't care to fix it. Shortly after, he told me he wasn't going to do the dip color for me anymore. So I was sent off to a different table. The young lady that finished his mess up was lovely and did a great job. But, man... it was awkward for me to sit there for the next 20 minutes... there are plenty of other places in the area you can go to and leave at least with your dignity lol read more

if i could give 0 stars I would. customer is non-existent here. i came in asking for a new full set. i sit in the chair and put my arm across the table for him to start, the man who i believe is the owner, and he kept twisting my arm around and hurting me. i told him that i have dip powder on my nails so if he needed to soak them off that was fine, however, he said he could do a refill, that it was fine too. he asked me what i wanted on the nails and i said french tip. he shaved the nails down to start the refill process. asked me if i wanted ombré and i said no french tip please and he said oh you don't like ombré? and i said no i would just like french please again. then he said acrylic right? and i said no, i told you from the beginning i have dip powder. and he said what color. i said french tip. and he said we'll it's gonna look bad bc you'll see the line underneath so pick a color. i told him that i wanted french tip from the beginning and if he needed to soak them off and redo them that's fine and he got frustrated with me because HE DIDNT LISTEN.... so then he cuts the whole nails off and hurt me twice during that process. put tips on and shapes them aggressively then told me to sit with someone else. i sit in another woman's chair and she said you want the dip powder with french tip? i said yes. she starts shaping the nails a bit more and asks if i like the length.. i asked her to shave the one nail down a bit more because it was way longer than the others and she gets mad at me and starts putting her tools away. her, the other man and some other woman start speaking in another language and are MOCKING me dramatically! i asked her what's going on? extremely confused. and she says i'm "too picky" and she refuses to do my nails. i said what? i just want them to be all the same length? then the man comes over and tells me to go somewhere else. i said are you serious? you two have been nothing but rude to me since i walked in the door and apparently it's me who has the problem? as i'm walking out. and the man tells me "learn how to do your own nails" ..... i've never had an experience at a nail salon like this. i truly think they just don't know what they are doing or know anything about listening to what their customer wants. they need to update their salon or just shut down because they clearly don't want to be there. i've also had other girls mention they had bad experiences here and were over charged! i walked out of the salon with just tips on my hand and had to go somewhere else. read more

I gave this place a two star review because the first time I went, my gel full set came out nice! But, I went for a refill 2 weeks later and ended up with a different nail tech. My nail tech made my nails really thin and flat and he sucked at doing coffin nails.. he made them too straight instead of making them slightly narrow because my tech said my nails were too short for coffin. But I always get my nails the same length and every other nail tech I've been to was able to achieve coffin nails on me with no complaints. I was annoyed about it because I am paying extra just for coffin nails. Anyway literally not even 24 hours later did TWO of my nails break from doing everyday things like putting on my shoes & opening my car door. I have never in my life had nails break on me so easily. 4 days later, another nail broke from simply opening my bedroom door. These nails are so thin that I didn't feel any of them break. I tried going back for a repair everyday since it first happened but no matter what time I go, it's busy and there's only like 2 techs working at the time. I'm not going to sit in there for 2 hours just to get my nails fixed.. I just told myself never again. I live in Washington Twp and was looking for a new salon. I'm big on customer service as another review stated from the moment I walked in I felt rushed despite being the ONLY person in the salon. The man that did my nails was just downright rude and I've never experienced such manhandling of my fingers in my life. He was so rough and getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant experience which wasn't the case at all. I got my nails done here on a Wednesday for a work event on a Friday. A full set with gel polish on top. They looked great until I got to my event 2 days later and was embarrassed when my nail polish started peeling. The next day 3 of the acrylics cracked. They must use very cheap stuff because I have never had this happen to me. Now I need to pay to go elsewhere to repair them. 7/10 nails are either broken, gel polish off within 4 days of being done, or completely fallen off. read more

The staff are very skilled in tip sets - something my weak nails need as they break often without reinforcement.. My nails come out very natural looking! 1 out of 3 seems bad! What I mean by that is that I've only walked away once feeling that what I can do myself I just paid for. The first time I went in I decided that no matter what was going on around me that I was just going to relax & treat myself. After the initial time though it's been pretty much downhill. The second time I went in the tech I had totally robbed me of the experience I thought I'd have based on my 1st time. She skipped steps of the pedicure & then instead of bringing me over to manicure table, hovered over me still sitting in the pedicure chair & slapped on the nail polish. What was worse was my daughter was treating me to this for my birthday & they charged more than the 1st time. And while paying for it she also included a massive tip. It was only when we got outside could I tell her that I had a different experience the time before. And then yesterday I went in there thinking that the 2nd visit was probably a fluke & I couldn't have been more wrong! This time the guy I had could care less about the service rendered. It was not at all relaxing as he rushed through the pedicure including ignoring my request to please remove the patches of old nail polish (instead just painting right over it) to not rinsing off my feet & legs completely leaving slimy residual behind to using the same wet 'dirty' towel over & over on me when I could clearly see that the people next to me were getting an entirely different treatment. The manicure was no different. Only partially removing the old polish, to sawing at my nails while he was on his phone with earbuds in talking to somebody else to layering on the new polish(& missing spots) so quickly that it was so thick it never had a chance to dry even though i sat under a fan for awhile. As anyone who has ever been here before knows you have to pay ahead of time so when I went to put on my shoes all my nails were ruined because the polish was just blobbed on there in a hurried manner & the polish was too thick to dry. I'm not a confrontational person so the entire time instead saying something I kept hoping it would get better. But when I walked back to show him that just by sliding my shoes on the entire manicure was ruined he said in broken E nglish(which was even more embarassing as I stood there for a few seconds trying to understand) what he was actually telling me was that he was off work now & that he's leaving. When I finally realized what was happening I looked at the other tech there hoping she would say she would fix it but they both went in the back so I sat down & waited patiently but they both stayed in the back for a long time & then I heard the music get turned off then the overhead lights! It was then that I got the message. I had already paid so there was nothing I could do but feel humiliated & leave. So now I know. Never again. read more
