Had an appointment with the guy from Instagram and didn't have a good experience at all. First, I scheduled for gel extensions, not acrylics, Acrylic always destroys my natural nails. I specifically picked the hard gel option on the Booksy app, wrote it in the notes, and in the comment on the deposit. He did acrylic anyway but I let it go. Second red flag was the lack of cuticle care, didn't push back the cuticles at all. Then he wouldn't give me what I asked for because in his opinion it wouldn't "go together". I'm the customer, I'm the one paying, and I'm not sure why black and gray don't go together. It was pretty rude but I settled for a compromise because I expected my nails to be perfect in the end. However when he finished he didn't even clean up the mess the airbrush left on my skin. He just told me the black around my fingers would come off after a couple washes. I paid over $100 and he had me walk out with dirty hands? My hands looked like my mechanic father's after working on greasy engines all day and he didn't do as well on the design as I had hoped. There was also no hot towel, lotion, or cuticle oil that any other salons do to finish off. And to top it off, he very rudely tried to insist I also have my eyebrows shaped better when I was checking out. 0 tact. The whole experience I felt looked down on and he was very condescending like he didn't think I could afford what I was asking for. If a business makes me feel self conscious or inadequate just because I didn't have makeup or a nice outfit on, it's not worth going back to. I shouldn't have to impress YOU. read more

I'm just getting home from my regular biweekly appointment with Justin. This man is a true professional in every way. The shop is clean and masks are still recommended. If you schedule an appointment, you are usually in the chair at your scheduled time, however, if there's a delay, you are advised and it's usually minimal. The amount of supplies are endless and they have always done an amazing job at recreating designs from the photos that their clients bring. I have become so trusting of Justin, that I normally pick a color and sit back while he works his magic! The creativity he possesses is unmatched! I feel bad for the technicians when customers come into the shop to request that they correct a botched job that was done elsewhere. Nobody wants to fix another person's mess, but he continues to do it after carefully explaining what needs to be done to correct the issue and informs you of the costs up front. Since the pandemic, prices for everything have increased, but you can always count on this salon to have top of the line equipment and supplies, so you get what you pay for. I expect quality, so I know that I have to pay a little more to obtain it, I'm worth it! Walk ins are accommodated and his staff are true professionals that provide quality results. What an incredible first impression! I went in for a fill & pedicure and was fortunate enough to have Kevin as my technician for both. I have been to countless shops and I've had many very good experience, but my experience at Diamond Nails was exceptional! I've had spa days at the Grand Floridian Spa and that was probably the best pedicure I've had...up until now. My fill and UV gel polish was done beautifully. Kevin definitely knows what he is doing and had an incredible personality. The decor & set up of the salon was inviting, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was attentive & friendly. Definitely an extraordinary experience. I live 27 miles from the salon and without exaggeration there are probably 50+ nail salons between me and them. It is worth the extra miles. + read more

Please be prepared to spend a fortune on your nails! I sent a $30 dollar deposit, $90 for whatever, $10 for diamonds and 40 dollars extra for the length!! 40 dollars extra for the length of ur nails i never heard of such thing!!! But besides that my nails did turn out nice, don't think I can spend the money like that again. I still can't get over it read more

I was apprehensive on trying somewhere new... I've been going to my place (about a half hour away) for the last 7 years. Over that time they've taken advantage of me and This year 3 appts in a row oof changed my pricing when I got the same thing every time (even same color) I reached out to friends and they allllll pointed me HERE (3 mins from my house!!) they said make an appt w Justin he's the best hou wont be disappointed. I decided to just do a walk in not expecting to get Justin (but I did) and I was not disappointed. My nails look beautiful.. best they've looked in a very long time. He took so much time to make sure they were done correctly and all the old crap was off and we started fresh. He even educated me on different materials used on nails so I could pick what I wanted... what was best. And dealt with my indecisive - ness on colors. Highly recommend. I paid $80 today for a matte full set with two decals and coffin shape... First they tried doing acrylic powder which is more money and I never asked for powder acrylic. I told them I wanted regular acrylic and justin tried arguing that it wouldn't work for the nails I wanted. I told them fine I jus want regular acrylic and was still charged $80 bc regular acrylic full sets start at $45 there ??? That is unheard of. They are robbing people for work that is NOT worth the price. I feel beyond RIPPED OFF!!! read more

I grew up in the area and haven't been back in years. Imagine my surprise when I found the same shop that I went to as a child was still there. I believe the gentleman who is the manager did my nails. He worked quickly and efficiently. He gave me a little history lesson about nails as well. He was nice and gave great customer service which is something I hadn't received during my time visiting a lot of nail salons which is why I stopped going for a long time. A friend on my social media recommended to come to Diamond Nails & Spa. I usually don't go to places people suggest me to go but this place was very friendly! When I walked in someone greeted me and asked me what kind of service I was requesting. I sat for 15mins and got my pedicure done. This place is very nice, cleaned, and they even have refreshments for clients. Also I was fascinated with the Nail Bar! These nail techs are very skilled and I would highly recommend this nail salon. I have been here twice the staff is not friendly they waste time once your in the chair doing things unrelated to your service. They also take to many short cuts. Instead of wrapping nails they want you to sit with a bowl of nail polish remover in front of you. read more

The work is okay not great for the amount of money I paid then the guy Justin and his workers try to talk you into getting what they want you to get instead of what I specifically asked for $120 I'm still not satisfied and will not be returning to their shop at all! Horrible gel manicure. Took 2 hours and wasn't even good. Color from previous manicure was still on my nails, filed corners to a point now they catch on everything, and coat was in even so it's see through in some spots. Do not recommend this nail salon read more
