She kept saying it was the same price and healthier, but that's not the point. The customer should be able to choose the service they want. I was very disappointed with the experience. They didn't listen to my preference and did what they wanted instead. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend Diamond Nails & Spa if you expect your requests to be respected.
