5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

Letterbox in Mount Vernon is inconsistent and often not open during scheduled hours. One UPS store in New Rochelle always has lines out the door. Another UPS store in New Rochelle would only pack my items in bags, even large stacks of books and magazines. Not cool. Also, traffic in New Rochelle is ALWAYS a nightmare. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the UPS on Bronx River Road in Yonkers. It was just a little over a mile from my workplace, it only took a few minutes to get there. No lines. Plenty of supplies available for purchase. The two guys working the counter were super nice and friendly. No lines at all, even three days before Christmas! As far as value, UPS store is always gonna be a little more expensive than regular UPS or the post office. I shipped two packages, each with just some small books and notebooks and it was 15 bucks each. But worth it for the convenience. My only gripe about this is experience is the parking at the shopping center. The spaces are super tight and tiny, to the point you can barely get out of your car.

The new workers are beginning to warm up and lose their attitude…read more The issue I have is with the delivery service. I was standing in line one day to pick up my package, as I've done often. I heard a man who sends the mail out curse while saying this is just a job, whilst carrying a box full of packages he reluctantly refused to properly disperse. The same place, maybe a year before, I wrote them a letter and slid it under their door about a package I knew was there, telling them I've had enough packages stolen. The very next day, I got my package. Today, a package has been delivered about three hours ago in mailbox. No package to be seen. I think it's the people that send out packages that are the real issue here.

These two employees then thought it was appropriate to talk crap about me amongst themselves and to the customers. Disgusting, unprofessional, sorry excuses for public service employees who give Black women everywhere a bad name. They need to be fired.

" All this before even asking me if it were amazon" so i said its amazon, she then said let me see your barcodes.. I am not new to dropping off, so if i needed a box my items woyld have been in a box, why would you assume I dont know. I had one item that didnt need a box, only a lable, she said that i should wrap it and quoted me 1.75 and $2 something because i did need a lable printed. I just found the entire experience to be so rude and I felt uncomfortable the entire process. The upselling before a greeting, was so unprofessional. I wont be going back they seem more interested in making a sale, why do amazon then.
