What a great neighborhood resource for sending UPS and FedEx! I've come in with arms full of packages, and Tony, the nice man working behind the counter helps me faster than I can say UPS! Never a wait, sometimes I just drop the packages where he can see them, leave, and I've never had a problem! He's even nice enough to politely tell me when I've screwed up and the package label I printed is actually US Postal Service, which thankfully is right across the street! Thanks Mail Boxes and More! This place is awesome. They were really helpful and when I encountered a problem, I had to go home a block away and figure something out. I emailed the documents I needed to print and by the time I got there, everything was printed out for me and the guy working there was cutting the paper in halves the way I intended it to be. He then taped all the labels on all my boxes for me while I put each label to each box, respectively. He gave me options for shipping and let me decide without being pushy. Overall super helpful, very fast, and 100% would come back for any printing needs I have in the future! read more

Without a doubt, this place gets 5 stars. I've lived in this area for about 15 years and this location has been my go-to shipping location every single time. I have family and friends all around the world and having a place you can trust to ship things for the holidays or birthdays is a relief. These guys do a good job packing up an item that you bring in for safe transit, and it's convenient to not have to worry about finding your own box, bubble wrap, tape, etc. when you need to occasionally ship something. However, they clearly ripped me off. They used a larger box than necessary (charging more for the larger box itself and then also for the shipping, due to the bloated package). Then, they printed the shipping label before weighing the package! The estimated weight was definitely a few pounds too much, increasing the shipping cost again. As if this weren't enough, a quote on UPS's website made it clear that even including the larger box size and the "finger on the scale" weight, the price they charged for shipping was STILL too much. Pretty ridiculous. read more

My husband and I use their services weekly for our Toca Nyc Store shipping business. Tony the manager is extremely patient and helpful with all our questions and quotes we need. This is run like a family business and he gets to know all his clients. Their two stores in Astoria are also the top affiliated UPS shippers in the country. Their service is great. read more

This place has absolutely no respect for their customers. Shipped a package with them and it was severely delayed in its arrival and they had very poor follow up and communications. I have never seen such a poorly run business who has no idea how to treat customers. I would highly recommend you find a different place for your shipping needs. read more
