The poached eggs were a little more done than I typically prefer, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the dish. The coffee was delicious, and one of our group ordered a custom Bloody Mary that was outstanding. Our server, Jo Lynn, was awesome! She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we had a great overall experience. The only suggestion I'd make is to offer fried green tomatoes as a substitute for the biscuit that comes with the Bayou Benedict. I think that would be a delicious option and make an already great dish even better. If Mighty McFly is ever back in the Tupelo area, we'll definitely be stopping by again. Highly recommend Brick & Spoon for a great breakfast or brunch!
