They came next day, and diagnosed right away that it just needed lubricating. Proceeded to lubricate and loosen up all the garage door moving parts, replace or tighten everything that was falling out, and were on their way in well under an hour. They are a wonder to watch working together, and they explained everything as they did it. Also told me that the garage door dated from 1978 and I should be happy it is in very good shape.
