Finally got it our after about an hour of fiddling with everything I could think of ... WD 40, dish soap, etc. but didn't want to go through it again. Called and got a strange recording. Within minutes I got a call back and ended up texting with Sharon. She was patient and asked questions, and within a short time indicated someone could be at my house in about a half an hour, discussed what was the likely problem (something to do with pins in the mechanism), discussed replacing the component and the cost. They arrived a few minutes before the half hour estimate and the replacement was completed and they were out of here in less than 15 minutes.
