We call the office to inform them that she was not up to coming due to just getting out of the hospital. They are going to charge a cancellation fee because we did not inform them 48 hours in advance. I was pissed. Our daughter was sick and how am I supposed to know that we were going to end up at the hospital. I was yelling at them because this was not right. They had charged us every cancellation fee since February because our daughter got sick. Most doctor offices have a 24 hour cancellation policy not 48 hours. One pissed off costumer. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Completely embarrassed and over four hours away from my dentist in NY, I immediately sought referrals to a dentist. Someone recommended Dr. White, and I have been going to see him ever since. When I had my "emergency," Dr. White fit me in the next day. Granted, I had to wait a while since I didn't have a formal appointment, but he was able to quickly fix my problem... And my teeth look great! In addition, I had crummy insurance at the time that was NY-based. Dr. White's staff made extensive calls and worked with the insurance company even though it clearly was not one of their preferred plans. Since then, I have been back for cleanings multiple times. Expect to hear funky music (not your typical elevator, lite FM music) in the halls. The cleanings are thorough yet not painful, and the staff will frequently explain any abnormalities and show what you should be doing better when brushing, flossing, etc. I never got the feeling that Dr. White was recommending procedures just for the sake of doing them. I would definitely recommend Dr. White! Even though I now live over an hour away from his offices, I still make the trek up to Lutherville when I can.

I never had a root canal before, so naturally, I was terrified beyond means. Dr White and his staff coordinated with Dr Eric Volk and his staff and made my entire appointment seamless between having the root canal and then crown work done in one swift step. The accommodations and degree of care between the two offices were unbelievably amazing, and I can not thank all of you enough. I went back to original dentist and original periodontist practices. But wanted to have an opinion from a dental surgeon as well. I made the appointment. I received a call from grace , asking me ... did I have ct scans? Did I pay for them? Next I was told Dr john was refusing my consultation. Why? Too many opinions! I was frantic. I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my "new patient" appointment. I told her I'd been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered "new" (mind you this isn't my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn't give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I "could get rescheduled" which I later found out SHE could've easily done the reschedule. I don't know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I've been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I'd say take your business elsewhere if you can.

When I questioned Dr. Anglin about it, he looked at me crazy and walked out of the room. I knew after that visit that we wouldn't return, but I wanted to take care of my daughter's teeth before discontinuing my appointments (especially since it would be a different dentist). When I came to get the cavities filled, I encountered more rudeness and impatience from Dr. Ajayi. When my daughter didn't do exactly what she asked her to do, she walked out of the room. The hygienist offered ways to help - smaller inserts for my daughter's mouth, cushions for my daughter to sit on to raise her, etc. Dr. Ajayi walked out of the room seven times!!! She spoke negatively about me and my daughter to the dental hygienist in front of my other daughter!!! I have never seen this type of unprofessionalism from a dentist! I am terribly disappointed by their lack of courtesy, compassion, and professionalism.

If you have insurance be warned that this is a "roster only" dental office. This means that even if…read moreyou have your insurance card in hand AND your insurance company calls to verify your coverage, you will not be allowed to make an appointment until your name appears on the office's roster. I have waited three weeks so far and was told that I now need wait 15 more days until I'm even eligible to even make an appointment.

Given that, they were extremely, extremely accommodating; I had a number of fillings that needed doing, and my husband needed some serious cleaning done on his teeth. They managed to schedule us three weeks in a row, and get all of the work that we desperately needed to get done. They work quickly, and efficiently, and were good at putting us at our ease (which was nice, because both of us were very nervous. Especially me). Highly recommend these guys. I will say that it did take awhile to get an appointment with them, but that's because the insurance companies are painfully inefficient-- not something they can control really.

I found this…read moreplace through my insurance company, it was probably the best dentist experience I've ever had in my life. Conveniently located on York Rd, I was able to find the place easily. I was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. Check-in was a breeze even though it was my first time there. I can't remember the hygienist name who cleaned my tooth, but she was super friendly and sweet. Then Dr Brandon Foster came in to check up on my teeth. BEST DENTIST EVER! He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient. He explained to me all the questions I had about my sensitive teeth without making me feel dumb. I'm so happy I finally found a good dentist I can look forward to 6 months now. Thank you Foster Dental!
