I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my "new patient" appointment. I told her I'd been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered "new" (mind you this isn't my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn't give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I "could get rescheduled" which I later found out SHE could've easily done the reschedule. I don't know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I've been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I'd say take your business elsewhere if you can.

Completely embarrassed and over four hours away from my dentist in NY, I immediately sought referrals to a dentist. Someone recommended Dr. White, and I have been going to see him ever since. When I had my "emergency," Dr. White fit me in the next day. Granted, I had to wait a while since I didn't have a formal appointment, but he was able to quickly fix my problem... And my teeth look great! In addition, I had crummy insurance at the time that was NY-based. Dr. White's staff made extensive calls and worked with the insurance company even though it clearly was not one of their preferred plans. Since then, I have been back for cleanings multiple times. Expect to hear funky music (not your typical elevator, lite FM music) in the halls. The cleanings are thorough yet not painful, and the staff will frequently explain any abnormalities and show what you should be doing better when brushing, flossing, etc. I never got the feeling that Dr. White was recommending procedures just for the sake of doing them. I would definitely recommend Dr. White! Even though I now live over an hour away from his offices, I still make the trek up to Lutherville when I can.

I never had a root canal before, so naturally, I was terrified beyond means. Dr White and his staff coordinated with Dr Eric Volk and his staff and made my entire appointment seamless between having the root canal and then crown work done in one swift step. The accommodations and degree of care between the two offices were unbelievably amazing, and I can not thank all of you enough. I was very apprehensive coming to a new practice after about 15 years at my previous until they stopped taking my dental insurance this year. I had my new patient visit with the Dr. and that was pleasant. My next appt was with the Hygientist. What a surprise. My Hygientist was Nicole....my long lost Hygientist that switches practices and we were reconnected. My anxiety was quelled and they have gained another long term patient. This office took care of dental necessities and treatments and kept my smile going perfect.

However, when surgery was complete I never saw the doctor before or after procedure. Jen kept me posted on her recovery, which all lasted in total 50 minutes and she was wheeled out. This was my daughter's first surgery and did not do well with anesthesia and wasn't able to walk out. I wished they had kept her longer in recovery. I have not received a follow up call or email from the office to check in either. Grateful for Jen and the initial conversation with Dr. Brown but not thrilled with post surgical care. ​

I found this…read moreplace through my insurance company, it was probably the best dentist experience I've ever had in my life. Conveniently located on York Rd, I was able to find the place easily. I was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. Check-in was a breeze even though it was my first time there. I can't remember the hygienist name who cleaned my tooth, but she was super friendly and sweet. Then Dr Brandon Foster came in to check up on my teeth. BEST DENTIST EVER! He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient. He explained to me all the questions I had about my sensitive teeth without making me feel dumb. Despite the extra costs that came with these multiple appointments I paid for multiple services including the braces removal which was SO RUSHED THROUGH that when he thought he was finished he actually said "oh forgot one" and had to go back in, meanwhile his assistant Kelly is calling him the entire time he's in my mouth ,rushing him to help with something else. Finally I left with glue still left on my teeth from braces ( I had less than 10 brackets left and they rushed so much that this easy job became a lazy unfinished one). As I was finished the bracket removal appt the dental assistant asked if I needed something but was quickly hushed... this office just added to my fear of dental offices and money hungry care providers. When I tried to get the money back that was left on my account for other services that hadn't been completed ,I was told I need to come in to "discuss why i wanted a refund" again forcing me to miss time at work to come to the office for less than an hour. When I missed these refund discussion appointments that I was forced to make they held my money for missed appointments without doing anymore work to my teeth. Had to ultimately lose sooo much money and time and still had to find a dentist who could actually help (and finish getting glue off). People are nice but work was horrible and processes were not in favor of customer. Ended up being one of the worst dental experiences ever.
