They have a lot of food dishes pictures posted on the wall. There was a customer in front of me and I waited to be helped. The lady at the front looked at me and I asked if they offered boba and she told me to look at the menu and pointed to a small white board. The boba menu was confusing to understand. It had pictures taped on top of writing. Only some items had prices listed. There was no description or sizes listed. I decided to try something new and ordered the mango strawberry. The lady was still talking to the customer in front of me and she tells me its $6 dollars. I planned on waiting for the customer in front of me to be done so I didn't pull of my money. All of a sudden the lady tells me $6 dollars in a louder tone. It took me by surprise because she was still with another customer in front of me. I thankful had the $6 dollars in cash and provided her my payment. She left to the back and made my drink. It was a strange interaction and I felt like I was being a bother for not understanding the process. I would not recommend it because of the customer service and feeling rushed.

Walk in and to your right you'll find a counter register space adorned with candies and lighters, as well as other miscellaneous Knick knacks. There's an ATM to the immediate right of the front door, and on the other side of the registers you'll find a nice variety of liqueurs, wines, and beers, as well as cigarettes and dips. Go to the left and you'll find a soda rack, a slushee machine, and hot dog rollers and a large candy selection. Further back you can find items like cold sandwiches, boiled eggs, and premade salads. On the outside there are two wooden bench tables, and on the inside there is a small bar, with a newspaper somewhere in reach. But of course the crown jewel of this establishment is the deli counter. A small rack filled with Tabasco pouches, Parmesan bags and chili flake packets, as well as many other condiments. In the small hot box you'll find everything from JoJos, to chicken cordon bleu bites, With their most famous item being their hand made and cooked pizzas. From supreme to pepperoni to hawaiian, these people have it all. With a crispy on the outside, and delightfully chewy on the inside crust, you'll find it accompanied by a sweet yet perfectly tangy marinara sauce, and of course the ooey gooey cheese on top. Cooked to perfection every time, you can order a pizza for pick up, or just a couple slices for the road! Everything about this place screams home to me, and when you first try a bite of their succulent pizza, it'll be home for you too.

We saw a sign on the window that said they had a Reindeer Hotdog on the menu, and since the restaurant was pretty crowded, we stopped in to get some food to go. The counter had two empty seats so we were able to sit while waiting for our food to get cooked and packed up. The servers were very busy making ice cream shakes and serving plenty of plates with large portions of food at very reasonable prices. This is NOT a tourist trap but a great place to go for a home cooked meal with lots of love on the plate. The reindeer hotdog was delicious so I expect all of the food to be great and on my next visit to Ketchikan, this will be my first stop. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What struck my interest was the reindeer hot dog! What's cool about this place is you can order from any menu; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The hot dog is yummy, but a little hard to eat because they cook it open faced, so I ate it with a fork and knife. My husband ordered the blueberry cakes, which were enormous! I'm not much of a pancake girl, but these were scrumptious and made with fresh blueberries. The portions are generous so some items are good to share. It has a classic, laid back diner feel, nothing fancy but very casual and relaxed. Their was only one waitress at the time, but she was friendly and fun and got our food to use quickly.

TOURIST PRICING! 3.5…read more Two things we really love... crab and chowder! We thought we would enjoy both when dining at Annabelle's. After a day of touring Ketchikan, the four of us had worked up quite an appetite. With less than a couple of hours before our cruise ship's all-aboard time, we wanted to try Alaska's famous King crab. Since Annabelle's was conveniently located near the pier, we decided to give it a try. We stepped inside and were promptly seated at a table by the window, offering a view of the dock area in the distance. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time. The dark wood interior gave the dining room a somewhat dim atmosphere. We let our server know that we were on a time constraint, and she was understanding. Our food was also brought out promptly, which we appreciated. The chowder samples were very good. We ordered Annabelle's Chowder Flight, which included three varieties, each served in its own cup: clam chowder, smoked salmon chowder, and seafood chowder. We all agreed that the smoked salmon chowder was our favorite of the three. At this point, we were leaning toward giving the restaurant a solid four stars. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when the Alaskan King crab arrived. We were quite surprised and disappointed by the portion size. When the platter arrived, there was just one crab leg. Needless to say, there wasn't nearly enough for the three of us to share; this was clearly for one person alone and it was quite pricey. Perhaps we should have looked more closely at the menu and clarified exactly what the dish would include. While the crab itself was good, the portion size left us feeling that it was considerably overpriced for what we received. If you decide to dine here, I would recommend reviewing the menu carefully and confirming the portion size before ordering, particularly when it comes to the King crab. Although we enjoyed the chowder and appreciated the prompt service, the overall value fell short of our expectations. With other dining options available in Ketchikan and at other ports, we left feeling that our money could have been better spent elsewhere.
