I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. Minus a star for a misleading statement.

update: you can clearly see that the owner of the company wrote a comment stating that they are…read moredoing everything they can to work with the customer which is me. their original response was deleted and that said we are working to make this right which shows guilt. that was deleted and replaced with what is there currently. in no way shape or form have they tried to work with me at all on any level. april 2026: i filed a case in small claims court mid april for the maximum allowable amount of $5,000. the paperwork was served and also the owner, randy got served with another case a few days apart from mine from the landlord of their previous location located on apache boulevard in tempe. The company is seeking backed rent in the amount of $55,000!!!! Thats right, fifty five thousand dollars in backed rent! Shortly after the company got wind of both of these lawsuits they decided to file for bankruptcy which puts everything on hold or dismisses any court proceedings unless you join the bankruptcy which if timing allows i will do so. but let's not forget the most important thing here. The most important thing to remember is they're working with the customer to resolvele the issue. Resolving it for who? Yeah, them of course! Im still tapping my foot awaiting a relsolution that does not put me in a negative because of their dishonesty, boilerplate excuses, overcharging and threats etc. i knew something was drastically wrong with this company when i witnessed employees (and i have it on video recording as well) lying to the police, and lying to me to prevent me from moving forward with the judicial process. When something like that occurs there's no telling what somebody or a company will do next because they feel they can operate outside of the law, have one sided contracts and and not be held accountable for it; and when somebody tries to hold them accountable they run to avoid it with bankruptcy. if I'm not able to join the bankruptcy due to statute of limitation issues, then watching this business close it's doors is certainly good enough for me **this update covers a timespan from 4/2026 through 7/2026.

My 2014 Mustang was getting a little worn so I decided to fix it up starting with the upholstery. I…read moreeventually decided on Katzkin brand leather installed by Sonny's Upholstery. I could not have made a better choice with either. Both Sonny and his wife Rhonda helped me pick an appropriate color. They did the front and rear seats. In addition, the Mustang has side airbags in the seat backs so just any old upholstery or seat cover won't do. The upholstery has to allow the air bags to expand where they are supposed to in a collision. The Katzkin product has special seams that allow that and Sonny's installer must perform an additional process with the airbags to assure everything works as it should. Sonny wanted two days to do it but I was called first thing the morning of the second day and told it was done. It looks and feels like a new car now. Leather upholstery is not for everyone as it is very expensive. If you decide on cloth instead, Sonny can do that as well. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or better quality than Sonny. If you need new upholstery, go see Sonny.
