Took my running Model A hot rod in for a transmission replacement . They said they had to remove engine to get to transmission . They absolutely destroyed it taking it apart and putting it back together. Everything stopped working. They hade me by many new parts. The bill more than doubled which was thousands . On top of it they dropped my new transmission and gave it back to me with dented and leaking along with an intake leak they claimed was the new Carb. I had to take to another shop where it's currently getting fixed due to the damage this shop caused Do not trust. Danny is a liar , they don't have an ounce of integrity. We recently brought in our 2020 Kia Telluride that needed a new alternator. We took it to Menifee Transmission because dealerships always charge a lot. The battery was dead so they removed it so we could take it back to Auto Zone because it was still under warranty. That definitely saved us some money. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Menifee Transmission and will continue to bring our vehicles here.

Fortunately, I had the honor to do business with Blake and his wife, Crystal who was just the sweetest woman! From what I assumed, I came to what seemed to be her birthday, so happy birthday Crystal! As for the man of the hour, Blake, he understood my situation and the car's issue, he was willing to take a look into it. I could not hear but felt something strange underneath the gas pedal. He was able to diagnose and fixed it for me. He explained thoroughly what it was and told me that I could drive my car normally now than before. I had to be extra careful about going through speed bumps and dips, mind you, I don't speed unlike many other people do, but I always care about myself, my car, AND other people, EVEN STUPID PEOPLE ugh. I could not rate this place high enough but I strongly recommend this place to all the deaf people live around here, this is the man and the woman who are willing to accommodate everyone. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Honest and reasonable people! Thank you Blake and Crystal!

I brought my car in without knowing exactly what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me honest, no-pressure feedback. I trusted his judgment--even though a cheaper fix was possible--and I'm so glad I did. My car hasn't sounded this good since I bought it. I scheduled an appointment as well. I brought in my 2021 Toyota Supra for a second pre-purchase inspection for extra reassurance since Carvana offers a 7-day return policy. Rene gave me helpful pointers and general maintenance information about the Supra, including what to expect during ownership. He also explained that I would receive pictures from the inspection, which I really appreciated. The inspection cost $250 and took about 2 hours. Afterward, I received both a text and email with the inspection results and recommendations. Rene also shared that he regularly partners with local shops for car inquiries and refers customers to specialists when needed, which showed me that they care about getting people the right help. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead. I accidentally drove toward the back at first, but someone from the smog shop next door kindly redirected me. Overall, the experience was great. I felt comfortable with the service, communication, and professionalism, and I would definitely return to 395 Auto & Performance in the future.
