The staff are the most awful, horrible swindlers I have ever done business with. They have been…read moreabsolutely terrorizing me for 4 years over a bill that I do not owe them. For EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. Apparently there was some dispute about whether my boat had been in their short-term slip an extra night. The mechanic who came and towed my craft out of the slip said they had taken it out on a Wednesday, and Port of Everett says that it was there until Thursday. I was out of town, but I was assured by the mechanic they'd taken my craft to their own slip on Wednesday. Then Port of Everett began billing me for over $40, which I refused to pay, because even if the boat had been in the slip one extra day the per-night fee is $18, not over $40. It took MONTHS finally get this sorted out. The mechanic ended up going over to the Port of Everett and speaking to someone there, and I was called by both parties and assured that the Port of Everett had been mistaken in billing me the $40-something, and that I would no longer see a bill from them, for any amount. A couple of months later, the letters began once again, demanding payment for a slip that I did not use. This time, the amount is for $18, and that is what they are still plaguing me for to this day. I'm sorry, but I do not pay bills that I do not owe - for any amount. Ever. Now mind you, all of this abuse they have heaped onto a customer who had been renting a slip there for several months and was always prompt and accurate with payments. They have called/mailed me at my place of employment, at my friends' home (!), they have harassed my parents by mail, and they have repeatedly told me over the phone that they would stop billing me the amount I do not owe them... but here we are, 4 years after I have ever done ANY kind of business with these people and they still send me mail asking for 18 dollars (and some change now too, due to interest I suppose). They have probably spent four times that in postage and paper products just sending me a piece of mail nearly every single week for the last several years. I deeply regret having ever done business with the dreadful, loathsome criminals that run the Port of Everett Marina, and I would warn anyone considering using their services to stay far, FAR away.

I used the boat a few times and noticed cavitation on turns and in following seas. I examined the cavitation plate relationship to the bottom of the boat and it looked 4 inches to high, I took pictures and showed them to the service manager and sales staff, they dismissed it and said the installation was proper and pretty much said there is nothing they would do. I had trips planned and fishing to do so I used the boat as it was as under most conditions it was fine and performed well. The BF 250 will basically shut down as a self protection function if it senses over rev or cavitation. I had a qualified Honda service tech look at it the other day and he said the installation was not correct and it should have had a 30 inch lower unit not a 25. The modification will cost me $3800 but I am willing to pay it in order to have a safe boat in following seas. I suggest buying your boat elsewhere!

He didnt open the control box, didnt do anything. He was very condescending in his manner, and basically told me if it was him, he would just do nothing and wait for the problem to get worse. I know is capable of oil changes stuff like that, but anything more serious you need to find a serious mechanic. And also one that wont be rude. I have never in my life had an issue with a mechanic and i am not afraid to spend money to keep my equipment maintained. This was a complete fail and I truly suggest you avoid this shop.

Having aircraft maintenance and FAA certified avionics repair station branches allows them to keep their planes in optimal conditions for students and rentals. Part of their management has Air Force background, which translates into impecable service, operations and procedures. As with facilities, you will always find airplanes extremely clean and well equipped and maintained, ready for your next flight. Their front desk staff is professional, helpful, friendly and very competent. 3) Great location. Paine Field is THE place where you want to learn.
