Wanted to give the Port of Everett a shoutout for all the incredible work they have done down here the past year! There are quite a few new good restaurants. South Fork Bakery is nice, as is the Jetty Bar & Grill and Fisherman Jacks. Excited to hear that Tapped is opening a place down here too. There is ample parking, and it's free under 2 hours. They did a nice job this holiday season with lights down the boardwalk, it was fun to walk. We saw Santa and his reindeer here too, for FREE, which as a parent that's especially appreciated and rare to find. Nice job port of Everett, keep it coming! read more

I live in Rucker hill. We have been lied to and lost access and views of the water. At night all I hear is backup alarms coming from the port, so we need to keep our windows closed. Access to the small waterfront park that sold us on living here was permanently closed due to homeless folks. The cranes we were told would only be here for 2 years are here more than a decade and then they added two more. Let's just leave them in the up position to block as many views as possible. Be a considerate neighbor. Fix your alarms. Open access to the park again. Leave the cranes down when not in use if possible. read more

Parking sucks! Laz parking has poor communication. They haven't responded to several of my calls and emails. I've lived at the marina several years and the terrible parking during the waterfront. They're all about ticketing cars. We were given a parking spot where my son's truck didn't fit. We were given another spot and said we'd check it out. Laz didn't hear back from us and in the mean time my son had been parking in that spot for months. Laz gave the spot to another waterfront tenant and they had my son's car towed at a cost of $500 later. The communication all the way around could have been better!!!! read more

Usually stop here twice a year or so for a walk along the docks or for an event. Can be chilly here so fair warning. A few resturants nearby, parking is avalible on site. Hold a few events through out the year. A few breweries nearby. read more

My father-in-law used to keep his boat at the marina here. I have fond memories of crabbing and fishing from here. It's a beautiful and well-kept site. They stored his boat out of the water in a large warehouse. Whenever he would come to claim it, they'd use forklifts and motorized rails to deliver it to the dock. I can't speak toward the customer service or pricing of the facility since I wasn't a consumer per se, but in terms of memories I feel very positively about this port. There was a carving station right off of the planks that had a sink and running water. As he'd clean off his catches, cute seals would swim nearby and wait for us to throw out the scales and unwanted parts. There were a few restaurants nearby including Anthony's which specialized unsurprisingly in seafood. Also a great Asian place but I don't recall the name. read more

The Port of Everett has got to be the worst Marina I've ever been to or experienced in my entire time of boating which started when I was in grade school. These people are heartless,rude, inconsiderate, hell I don't think there's enough room for the words I have for these people not to mention their docks are death traps. The center boards are good knows how old and they are very soft and it's just a matter of time before someone falls through one of them. They basically profiled me as some bad person that at the time was down on his luck financially thanks to our wonderful VA system. Yes this is how a veteran gets treated here. I sacrificed so damn much and lost a wife and my best friend to fight for the very soul these people walk in and it doesn't matter what kind of situation I'm facing they'll trespass you and impound your boat which mine WAS past tense gonna be my daughter and I home temporarily until my VA housing gets finalized but no since I couldn't afford their outrageous guests moorage fees my boat got impounded today. So yes thanks to them my daughter and I are gonna have to find a place to stay. I'll tell you what Port of Everett this isn't over not by a long shot. I will take this matter as far as I can take it and I don't give a rats ass who I piss off along the way. read more

This awesome marina is the largest on the West Coast and a great place to moor your boat. The marina staff is friendly and helpful. I'm impressed with how big-hearted the people who moor at this marina are. Folks look after each other and most are big sharers if you're in need of a little something. They provider moorage for over 2000 boats and have plenty of temporary moorage for visiting boaters. Would give 0 if possible. Tied up a dinghy on the 18th went back on the 25th and it was gone, presumably stolen as the main office has no knowledge of being moved. Office guy said they'd have security look around and check tapes, but upon calling the the security office we were told they "can't sit here and watch the security tapes" to check. We were told to walk around the docks ourselves to see if it had been moved only to notice that other small crafts are CHAINED TO THE DOCK, but main office says this sort of thing never happens and that people don't chain their boats. HAVE A WALK AROUND YOURSELF. Also, after talking to several other people who have slips here, we find out this happens quite often. I realize they don't accept liability, but some fair warning would be nice. Although, when we asked if we should have chained up, we were told "if they really want to, they'll come in with bolt cutters". Sounds like someone in the office knows this happens more often than the others want to let on. Moral of the story: don't be naive like us, if you want to keep something here, make sure it looks crappy enough not to steal and then make sure it's chained up just for good measure. read more

They are known to steal property and damage your property while in lease with them. They have taken our property when we decided to take our boat out for the winter and while we still had thirty days left they came and stole our zodiac, knife popped it and broke the wheels and then started charging for storage. After reading other reviews elsewhere, we were not the only ones and being that their investigations are in house they never get resolved. They are shady good ol boys that have each others backs. We spent two nights at this marina and were not sure on the quality due to no review for the guest dock from boaters. We fueled up when we arrived, large dock with plenty of pumps. We asked fuel dock for some advise on where to tie up as the marina has seven large guest docks. Dock six was recommended and also Dock One. We chose one and it is a winner. Make sure you tie up on the inside as the ports waterway is the busiest we have experienced in Puget Sound. Closer to the ramp is better. docks are clean, no dock hands to help. we had 17 mph winds so all boaters pitched in. Showers are close by free and clean, make sure you get the code from the marina if you arrive late. By the restrooms and showers is an ice machine, cost 25 cents for three pounds. Downtown Everett was worth going to. We ubered in for $4 and it was downhill the way back so we walked, it took 15 minutes. Make sure you go to Broklynn Brothers for Pizza, being from NYC an Chicago I would say best pizza in Washington. On Saturday the Marina has a live band with beer garden and food truck. Great time, bring your chairs. read more

The staff are the most awful, horrible swindlers I have ever done business with. They have been absolutely terrorizing me for 4 years over a bill that I do not owe them. For EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. Apparently there was some dispute about whether my boat had been in their short-term slip an extra night. The mechanic who came and towed my craft out of the slip said they had taken it out on a Wednesday, and Port of Everett says that it was there until Thursday. I was out of town, but I was assured by the mechanic they'd taken my craft to their own slip on Wednesday. Then Port of Everett began billing me for over $40, which I refused to pay, because even if the boat had been in the slip one extra day the per-night fee is $18, not over $40. It took MONTHS finally get this sorted out. The mechanic ended up going over to the Port of Everett and speaking to someone there, and I was called by both parties and assured that the Port of Everett had been mistaken in billing me the $40-something, and that I would no longer see a bill from them, for any amount. A couple of months later, the letters began once again, demanding payment for a slip that I did not use. This time, the amount is for $18, and that is what they are still plaguing me for to this day. I'm sorry, but I do not pay bills that I do not owe - for any amount. Ever. Now mind you, all of this abuse they have heaped onto a customer who had been renting a slip there for several months and was always prompt and accurate with payments. They have called/mailed me at my place of employment, at my friends' home (!), they have harassed my parents by mail, and they have repeatedly told me over the phone that they would stop billing me the amount I do not owe them... but here we are, 4 years after I have ever done ANY kind of business with these people and they still send me mail asking for 18 dollars (and some change now too, due to interest I suppose). They have probably spent four times that in postage and paper products just sending me a piece of mail nearly every single week for the last several years. I deeply regret having ever done business with the dreadful, loathsome criminals that run the Port of Everett Marina, and I would warn anyone considering using their services to stay far, FAR away. read more

Nice facilities. Poorly managed. There are empty storefronts and empty lots everywhere. Where's that amphitheatre that they tore down all those businesses for? Where's all the tourism they promised? I suppose having boat moorage pays the bills, so screwing the rest of it up is okay. read more

This place is far better than other local Marinas! Great office staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices decent too!

We paid top dollar for an overnight guest slip and had to use the public restroom in the park next door. The shower facilities were a mile walk. The north marina has a lot of beautiful cement but the guest facilities are lacking. We won't be going back. read more

Are we going to the same marina? Men's bathroom "closed for repairs" for 4 months now, with a horrid porta-crapper in place of men's showers. Marina Office staff is polite, and well-wishing, but obstinate, and not very helpful in the end. Newer buildings have moved marina businesses blocks further away from boats. My key fob works on and off, which is pretty annoying. I like going there, so they get one star for "atmosphere." read more

Note this review is geared toward boaters traveling through. This marina would be rated much higher if I were writing this review for permanent moorage or live aboard. There are only a few reasons to stop at this marina on vacation: fuel; significant breakdowns; and Woodfire (or its cousin Anthony's, both good restaurants at the marina). Services: Haul-out; yard; repairs; divers; shower; garbage; laundry. No grocery within walking distance, but cabs and uber are readily available. read more

The showers are free, laundry's cheap, everything is pretty clean and well maintained. The staff is mostly kind and helpful. There is one Asian guy who works nights and always manages to be rude. I accidentally locked my key fob in the bathrooms after showering one night and he treated me like I was lying to gain access to the showers when in reality my fob was on the bathroom floor when he let me in. It made me very upset and uncomfortable. He should really find a new job, marina would get 5 stars if he wasn't around. read more

Ample free parking, restaurants with outdoor seating, benches and picnic tables over looking the boats, clean restrooms. Music on summer evenings. Nice place to be. Though I am the type who just likes to walk and look at boats. If you're looking for something more you might be disappointed. It's a clean, safe, family friendly waterfront. read more

Beautiful marina, next door to the Everett Naval Base. My family moors a boat here and everyone is always so kind and helpful. A great boating community is docked here. Restrooms have always been clean. Free ice. Vending machines. Great Resturants (Anthonys, Woodfire Grill, etc;). Always quiet and peaceful. I really enjoy this place. read more

This is the slowest and poorly managed facility I have been in. I was supposed to have my boat put on my trailer early in the morning. Still sitting here after half a day. From a non-boating person, this is a beautiful marina with a great view of the water. If you are ever in the Everett area I definitely recommend swinging by. Any time we go to Anthony's we make a point of checking out the waterfront. Watch out for the fisherman's statue, though. I was leaning forward while taking a picture and it elbowed me in the head! Been using this place for over 12 years. Never had a bad moment. The service here is EXCELLENT. It's unusual for such a big organization to be run so well. Never been to anyplace that came close to the Port of Everett. Restrooms are clean and the fuel dock is well managed. Any concerns are taken care quickly. South side parking can be somewhat of a problem in the summer months. read more
