But it went so well with the eggs, and of course it's not beef fajitas without the sautéed veggies. If you didn't think eggs, beef fajita meat, and sauteed veggies was enough, it's not a hippo if it doesn't come with bacon and potatoes. So this taco is by definition, "all of the above." The salsa complemented everything so well, I'm still dreaming about this taco. It's a little more pricey than your standard breakfast taco, but the beef fajita addition is definitely worth the extra cost. Consider this brunch, because you probably won't be eating a lunch after having one of these.

Looking for breakfast in Freeport? Go no further than Port Cafe. The breakfast menu is extensive and includes a range of Tex-Mex favorites. I had the migas, while my date had the pancakes.
