Brought my car in for service. I have a cricket in the tail light. I left the car here for over a week. They could not figure out a way to get the car back to me with the bug removed. I did not put the bug in the light. So i feel it is not my responsibility to do anything with this. I was told to call Porsche USA. I should not have to call anyone!!! I did not buy a luxury car to deal with issues like this. Since I purchased the car here. I feel the dealership should have made this simple request happen. **ILLEGAL COMPLIANCE PROCESSES** Beware of this dealership and shady sales practices. My would be car buying experience began 08/11/2022 at approximately 9:30 a.m. contacting sales rep (Joseph) a.k.a Joe who at first seemed helpful and knowledgeable. WRONG!. It initially started with me explaining that I am an out of town customer interested in a vehicle wanting to obtain pricing before making the 4+ hour drive to the dealership. He stated that it would not be a problem and prompted me to submit a credit application and sign a buyers order to jumpstart the process. After looking over the documents multiple mistakes were present including the state I live in (VA) sales tax incorrect by nearly $1,000 extra dollars over and tax, title, and fees quoted nearly $500 over. Realizing that he was not familiar with out of state purchase processes I was put through to his boss better known as the Sales Manager (Kishan Sitapara). Kishan then proceeded to tell me that he "Googled" my state vehicle tax and it came up as 5.3% when actually the correct amount is 4.15%. He then added all customers receive higher estimates for tax, title, and fees which was $650. LIE! After getting through that hurdle for nearly 3+ hours we were now at the credit application stage. Kishan then stated that I would have issues with financing due to myself and wife having multiple homes a.k.a addresses where the vehicle would be registered. (Drivers license address did not match current vehicle registration address). (I bought a new home Kishan!!) Around 2p.m. Kishan then stated that we could register the vehicle in (VA) if we were able to provide a title clerk and title agency who was willing to help him and his title clerk register the car to VA due to the lack of knowledge and procedures regarding out of state purchases. We DID!! We provided all of the contact information of the (federally recognized company) who operated in (VA) agreeing to transfer the car and explaining to Kishan that it would NOT be a problem going forward! It is now 5:30p.m. and Kishan once again created another road block stating that he would not submit a credit application on my behalf because he believes that the burden of to many conflicting home addresses will create problems with my approval that the bank may or may not have. (He doesn't know because he's not the bank!!) Not even trying to reach out to the banks, he then required at 5:40 p.m. In order to do the deal that I must go to my credit union and have them wire the fund's or bring a certified check by tomorrow morning 08/12/2022 when I was set to pick up the vehicle. This is the point where myself and wife called him out stating that he was discriminating against us and the practices and tactics that he was using were illegal. While a finance/ sales manager may advise in the approval process their input, they do NOT have the power nor any legal right to refuse and/ or determine the credit worthiness for any approval. Only the respective financial institution has holds that authority (meaning the bank or credit union you'd like to utilize). I would have loved to leave "0" star's but unfortunately Kishan's job aid "Google" wouldn't allow me. If you made it this far please stay away from places like this as it will cause you nothing but grief and frustration. Better Business Bureau will be informed. read more

I went in today to look at purchasing or leasing a Boxter. I walked around for about 10 minutes looking at everything in the showroom. The sales staff was too busy jacking around with each other, and even the receptionist didn't speak to me. One sales person, on the left as you enter, looked up from his desk... I nodded and said "hi", but he just put his head back down and didn't acknowledge me. So I left. I went down the road and test drove a BMW Z4. Princeton BMW was more than friendly and helpful. If I decide to give Porsche another shot... it won't be here! read more

I had a flat tire near work & this was the closest dealer. Unfortunately for me I live an hour away from work & for my model every dealer has to order the tires so unless it's scheduled (flat tires never are) the car is staying over night. Anyone getting any service done anywhere these days knows there are limited loaner vehicles so if you want one your going to be scheduling service at least a week out. I was told when I called ahead while waiting for the flat bed that they had no loaners available, so I was scrambling trying to find my way back home later an hour away. When I arrived my service advisor, Matt Klimovich, saw where I lived so he pulled some service advisor magic & found me a loaner. I actually had to keep the loaner an extra day due to my schedule & there was no issue. He also took care to make sure the tire hazard insurance, & I couldn't find my policy information, was tracked down & processed smoothly so I only had a deductible. Definitely great service at this dealer & I highly recommend Matt for an advisor. read more

My wife had her 2016 Cayenne GTS serviced at this dealership. She was given a vehicle inspection report with a major inaccuracy stating the transmission transfer case differential requires immediate attention. Issue is there was nothing wrong with these components. I contacted the dealership and they stated it was a mistake by the tech and the service advisor should have caught it before delivering the vehicle. This is my second negative experience with this dealership. When you pay top dollar for service to service your Porsche you expect nothing less than perfection. My previous experience was getting a new tire installed after running over a nail. They mounted the new tire but left the adhesive from the old weights on the rim clearly visible when the rim was remounted. They were factory 21" black turbo wheels. read more

When we first started talking, I hardly imagined it would come to fruition, since I encountered the used vehicle online from 3,000 miles away on the opposite Coast. Everything was followed through on, messages were responded to. In the end, we were able to come together on a deal. Which ever deal you verbally agree on, get ready for a big surprise when it's time to sign the paper work! When I shared my distasteful experience with Porsche of North America, the sales manager from Princeton Porsche called stating that he will investigate and get back to me. And what a surprise, I never heard from him again! Do not waste your time here. There are other reputable Porsche dealers not too far from here. The only reason I ended up purchasing the car here was because it just was not worth my time to do otherwise. For those of you new to Porsche, the part prices are set but labor cost will vary. Sales experience was good, when I went for my 1st service included with a new car purchase the service person Shawn told me that the service would be $1200 since this was my 2nd service. He said the first service was done before I bought the car, I told him I would not pay $1200 for a service that was promised included when purchased. I also asked them to fix a small bend in one of the rims under the tire insurance they sold me. I spoke with the salesman David that sold me the car and he said they did not make enough money on the car to include the free service??? I asked the service person to just fix the tire and not do the service. They held my car for 22 days, never gave me any updates unless I contacted them and refused to give me a receipt when I picked up my car. The car sat in their lot for 22 days and they did not even wash it. He said it was too cold to wash it??? My Porsche was purchased from Ray Catena in Edison, NJ. So when you receive an invite from another dealer to the unveiling of the Porsche Macan I was suprised. Even more suprising was what a great dealer this is. I truly enjoyed the event. There was a nice amount of food and drink available and the staff was friendly and chatting up all the visitors. We were even given gift bags at the end of the event with lots of great Porsche related office goodies, etc. I got to meet some of the staff and talk cars with them and picked up some of their business cards. I personally spoke with Erick and Jinal and was impressed with the staffs knowledge of Porsche as well as other car makers. The dealer also had the cars on the lot fully accessible and even offered valet parking for the visitors to the event. I honestly walked away impressed and would suggest giving Princeton Porsche a visit if you are interested in the brand. read more

What an outstanding experience I've had so far with this dealership the customer engagement is phenomenal. Michael Quaglietta is my certified sales manager he is excellent he sent me over everything I needed and responded to my query in a quick and friendly manner. He did not beat around the bush on the phone with me made me feel very comfortable and actually spit me out some numbers that actually made sense he was very very competitive without me trying to lower the price which made me happy I then made an appointment to see him October 16th which was yesterday pull up to the dealership and let me tell you this is probably one of the most beautiful dealerships I've ever been to In My Life I was very happy to meet him finally and I took a ride in the car of my dreams the Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition in I did not want to reveal how incredibly happy I was be finally driving this fantastic machine it is absolutely beautiful bees and black interior and a beautiful metallic white paint everyone involved from the person to front desk to the sales manager to the finance manager has been absolutely outstanding they have made me a fantastic offer on this vehicle and I'm just going over the final numbers with my financial advisor to see if we're exactly where I want to be I must say of all the Porsche people have dealt with all the dealerships this place is been number one I highly recommend anybody looking for a Porsche come see Michael first they will blow you away their commitment to Excellence is outstanding yes there are other Porsche dealerships closer to me like the Porsche dealership in South Shore Long Island which is fine they are very good dealership but negotiating with them is very difficult negotiating with Michael was very easy and that is exactly what you want when you deal with any car dealership also having the car and stock the one you want is also important and not getting switched to something that you didn't want point being exterior color or interior color. read more

I recently tried to buy a used car from this dealership. We agreed on a price and asked the salesman, Alexander, to put a deposit down on 3 separate occasions. We were prepared to drive up in a few days and hand them a check for the car. He never once told us that he didn't actually put the deposit down. The next day he tells me there is another buyer who they are selling the car to since we never agreed on the price. He refused to apologize and called it a "misunderstanding". This is the type of unprofessionalism I would expect from a shady used car dealership, not a certified Porsche dealership. read more

The service department at Porsche of Princeton is spectacular!!!! Brett and Alyssa are fantastic service advisors that make sure everything on your car is done as they promised. My car is always picked up at my office by Mario, who is a gentleman and I wholeheartedly trust driving my car. I have a 2016 Cayman GTS with a 6 speed manual (I don't always trust that a valet service drives a stick proficiently, but he's the man). The service technicians are always attentive and honest about their assessment and the advisors are always willing to answer questions and find convenient times to set up an appointment based on my schedule. There are two big problems with the sales staff at this dealership. First, they appear poorly trained. This is a Porsche dealership. I expect a sales person to live Porsche and know everything about recent models. It was embarrassing to watch the saleswoman have no idea about the differences in Cayenne products. She had to call another salesman to answer basic engine questions. Second (and I can't confirm, but can only suspect), they practice bait-and-switch. I went there for a test drive. The website said the car was available. The saleswoman said the car was available. But when I got there, the saleswoman disappeared for a long time and when she returned, offered a sheepish response that someone had come in that morning and put down a deposit, but would I mind seeing a newer and more expensive car? Should not even get 1 star. Sold a $100k car that they certified and never told me it was in an accident. When I went to return it 5 moths later, after being told of the damage by another Porsche dealer, they would not give me a full refund. Additionally they would not discount the car I had to buy. Total loss to me is over $6k. Brian the sales manager is a complete fake. In addition to the $6k loss I have to wait for another 2 months to get a refund for the tire and wheel protection I bought and they can not even give me a total refund amount that I will be getting. Would not even admit they knew the car was in an accident. How do you certify a car, pull out the engine and never notice damage that another Porsche dealer notice in a 2 minute walk around. Go to Monmouth Porsche they are honest. BTW Porsche of America also would not help me on this as all Porsche dealers are independently owned. May never want to buy a Porsche again because of this horrible experience. read more

They arranged my European Delivery of my car which gave me a change to meet my new love in Stuttgart at the factory and take her for a quick tour (on the autobahn!) CH, France, Spain and Germany before shipping her back to USA. Once my Macan was off the boat in Bayonne Sandy Infante at Porsche of Princeton has been taking care of my every need. In addition to scheduled maintenance, whenever I need a hand wash Sandy arranges for pick up from my office and drops off a loaner to keep me in motion til my car comes back buffed and groomed. I give the dealership, in particularly the service department, my highest marks. While I have never bought a Porsche from them, because I buy pre-owned Porsches with unique color combinations or features that require national searches, I have serviced my seven 911s and two Cayenne GTS' at Princeton Porsche for over 16 years. Two of my favorite people there are Service Representative Sandy Infante and Master Mechanic Michael Sarro. Sandy, while new at her current post, is extremely professional and courteous, and always in a good mood. Michael has a more serious attitude, yet is profoundly proficient under the hood. I have found him to be fair and honest with my service & repairs. Unlike all of my friends who buy new, I prefer seasoned 993s; however, I recently acquired my first 997 Cabriolet, a 2008. I have seen this dealership grow over the years, previously affiliated with Conshohoken Porsche in Pennsylvania, and now owned by Manhattan Motorcars, from whom I bought a 1996 Porsche Twin Turbo which I serviced without complaints here at Princeton Porsche. They are building a new showroom currently; and it seems as though the number of new and preowned cars has tripled. I have travelled to Conshohoken, PA; Cherry Hill, NJ and Greenich, CT Porsche dealers and driven home disappointed in their preowned 911 inventory. I have bought 911s from Florida, California, Illinois and New York. Thus, I have a broad perspective on Porsches. In summary, over the last 16 years I have built just the right relationship with Princeton Porsche. Even as ownership changed, they seem to hire and retain the right people. In a brand with great cars and performance, Princeton Porsche has the right people to match. While I can't speak for others, Princeton Porsche has certainly made me feel like family. read more

I was searching for a used 911 (2013) and had contacted a number of Porsche dealers in the area. I had previously purchased a Boxster S from Princeton Porsche and they were one of the dealers with whom I was currently working. And they were the dealer that I purchased a great 2013 911 couple from last week. The salesperson I worked with, Jinal Patel, really went out of his way to make the sale happen. I was very specific about what I wanted and how much I was going to pay and he got it done. None of the other dealers worked as hard or were as diligent as Jinal. I was extremely impressed with him, as well as the management team at Princeton Porsche, who, working together with Jinal and me, got the deal I wanted done!! She did a great job helping me navigate the warranty process, and every time I dealt with her I got the impression that she really cared about the quality and impression that the service department had. I love my Cayenne, but the cost to maintain it is expensive. My husband and I arrived to this dealership at 430pm on a Saturday, business was quite slow so I presumed that getting help would be easy, unfortunately not. A girl at the front desk greeted us with a short & rude "can I help you" as she cleaned dirty water out of a coffee machine. We stated that we'd like to speak to salesperson about a car on the lot, to which she replied "let me see if I can get someone". She tells another young man something, he then climbs a flight of stairs as we wait to be tended to. This same young man comes downstairs to break the news to us that "we're closing soon". Please note, moments after we pulled up a father/son pair walked in and they were able hop into a car and test drive it without hesitation. Defeated and perplexed we begin to exit the showroom and some other guy peaks his head out the door and says "yeah we're closing soon". Outside there are 2 associates actively working with customers on the lot and the father/son duo are still out for their test drive. We were never properly greeted, never asked our names or our buying needs. It's important to note that we were the only individuals on the entire property of our ethnicity. All signs point to clearly being profiled. There are other places to invest your dollar. Do your research. read more

I have not had a good experience with this place. The car I purchased was a used car.... the tank was nearly empty and the car was absolutely filthy inside from spilled drinks in the cup holder to french fries under the seat. ( who ever buys a car with out a full tank of gas and a detail? (They did several weeks later send me a gift certificate for gas and a detail after I made a stink of it.) The manager apologized and said it was because they had just gotten it in the day before, however I know that isn't true because I found this car on the internet and was seeking this car out specifically days before I had gone to the dealership. I do not like being lied to. Also, my temporary registration expired before anyone contacted me about my new registration coming in. Finally when they did I asked them to send it to me. Then today ( several days later) someone called me to inform that my registration was in. I told them it was supposedly already being sent to me. The sales man was nice but otherwise this dealership seems like it should be more professional all the way around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
