All the departments work well together , providing seamless service. In the entire organization, I have never had one negative interaction with an employee.  The facility is state-of-the-art, spacious, and comfortable. There is a beautiful coffee bar, and even a nail/manicure bar. The dealership is dog-friendly. This location also has the first AMG Performance Center in the country. Dealership has events for customers are cool and upscale. The service department has the dream team of master technicians  - more than any other dealership. Every technician takes the time to go over things with customers and answer any questions. Mark Lipizzi,  the shop foreman, one of the techs, Steve Bergeron, a service advisor. Stephen Lopes, the service manager the real MVP has made sure every need of mine as been met.  Lamia Raiss, finance manager, is extremely thorough and finds the best products and solutions when purchasing your automobile.  Gary King the general manager isn't your stuffy stuck up typical boring manager. He is extremely down-to-earth and a true car guy.  The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is built on giving back to the community, and supporting our community in any way we can. They have great locations for dealerships. Lyon-Waugh personally involved with operations, making sure his customers are cared for and satisfied. Lyon-Waugh has definitely raised the bar for Mercedes dealerships everywhere. Mercedes-Benz of Burlington is the "Best or Nothing"!

    An entire summer of pure hell. Winter-Summer tires swapped…read moreresulted in NON BOLTED TIRES. Traumatic, to say the least. They had me drive off with 4 loose tires and one of them popped, thankfully, resulting in no serious injury. The aftermath of this has left me with bitterness and extreme disappointment. The management in the service department was cold, indifferent and mildly apologetic. In their words "this never happens". SURE, but it did. What ensued after this ordeal was nothing short of a nightmare that consumed so much of my time and energy. Cherry on top? When they returned my car, the person who drove it back to me, crashed it into a pole. I had TWO cars that I did business with at this location. They did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation and it was obvious to me that they feared litigation and thus were moving slow on purpose. I don't have 5 years to keep my life in lingo but BIG BIG lesson learned: stay away from their service department. Their leadership DOES NOT CARE. I will never forget my first mtg with Dan after the incident, who heartlessly stated "well, you were not hurt". Mgmt and leadership: Perhaps re-consider your brand image especially since client loyalty and trust means nothing to you and you treated my ordeal with such indifference. Front desk and my sales team were always helpful in the past. I'll never return and caution all of you who are considering a MB to go to another location.

He saved up and as a car lover wanted nothing more than this 2018 Audi S5. It was priced right and he bought it. Pretty simple right? Well...NO! It was anything but. For reasons that were totally out of the dealership's control there were issues obtaining a new title and it took a whole lot longer than it normally does before he was able to finally drive it off the lot. The ONLY thing that made this unbearable situation(you can all imagine the excitement an 18yr old kid garnered as he waited for his car!) BEARABLE was that we were lucky enough to be working with "Scott" as our salesperson! SCOTT the reason this is a 4-star review. Before the debacle even began he was terrific...offering us a test drive to anything my son showed any interest in, and ultimately taking him out for multiple rides before the decision was made. He was able to answer any and all questions we had, while also informing us of other features we weren't privy to. He stayed right with us thru the lot as we peeked around but also affording us the space to discuss things privately if we chose. Nothing worse than a salesman who won't stop taking, won't allow you to talk amongst yourselves, or one who takes off to deal with another potential customer every 3mins. He was great. Sitting down with him was a smooth process, he was quick, handled a bunch of things FOR us, and was a great guy to talk to. As I mentioned it took some time for the car to actually become ours due to title issues that were out of their hands and throughout that process Scott kept in constant contact with my Son assuring him that no he wasn't going to somehow lose the car to someone else or something ridiculous like that! Lol. He understood my Son's worries, confusion, and how amped up he was to buy his first car. At times it was like the guy was balancing glassware with both hands while riding a unicycle! He was just great. I'm not one to write reviews but this was a case of a man deserving a "pat on the back" from at least a customer and hopefully the dealership itself if they somehow sees this review. Everyone working there from the other salesmen we saw and made small talk with, to the guys I could see rushing parts around obviously taking their job with pride-busy doing mechanical work, and especially Mike who did our financials and went over all of our warranty packages with us with the understanding of where we were at money wise. He laid everything out and went thru what we thought was most important as if he was on OUR side of the desk! There was zero sense of him trying to push anything on us at all and his advice was since and knowledgeable for sure. Once again, everyone we dealt with were all very nice, professional, and are all deserving of kind words, making "Burlington Audi" a great choice to visit when your in the market for a great car and a positive buying experience! To clarify: I was explicitly told the 5-day refund applied to all vehicles -- including the S4 -- until I asked to have that in writing. Only then was it revealed, in fine print, that "S models" were excluded, and the dealership refused to amend the document to reflect what was originally promised. Regarding the inspection, I was assured this car had completed Audi's 100-point certification yet the only documentation produced was a basic state safety inspection. Hardly the same thing. As for the claim that I "didn't respond" or "arrived an hour late," that's simply false. I had a scheduled mechanic inspection lined up that morning; arriving late would have defeated the entire purpose of coordinating that appointment. It's unfortunate the dealership is resorting to deflection rather than owning up to misleading communication and incomplete transparency. I'm in no way surprised and if anything glad the public can see their incompetence and lack of integrity.

I found myself googling "can you hire someone to buy a car for you?" And that's how I found Scott! He made the process positive, exciting, and absolutely stress free. I cannot imagine buying a car any other way. I was very overwhelmed by all of the car options and had no idea what I wanted. After a brief phone call, Scott was able to narrow down 2-3 cars that would be perfect for my needs. I literally did not have to leave my house one single time. As a nurse who works long hours, and primarily overnights, this was so helpful for me. Scott was very flexible with my schedule. The best part is that he is one of the nicest people, and you can immediately sense his passion for cars and for genuinely wanting to help people and make the car buying process as pleasant as possible. The price for Scott's services is extremely reasonable considering everything that he does for you. He will also make sure to get a very fair price for your car. I have told literally everybody I know about Scott's services, and will continue to recommend him for anybody buying a car. Thank you Scott!!!

    This is a long overdue review of Scott. My wife and I have used Scott twice to replace her cars,…read moreand both times he delivered and surpassed our expectations. We were introduced to Scott by a colleague of mine who also used him and was happy with him. And we remain grateful for that introduction. Looking back, I can see that we continued using Scott for 4 primary reasons: 1- We trust him 2- We value his expertise 3- We enjoy working with him 4- We don't have time to handle getting new cars ourselves. We first used Scott in 2021. After reviewing what my wife wanted in her X5, he rightly advised that we go with a custom build. Scott handled everything from the negotiation of the deal to placing the order to finalizing the documents which we simply DocuSigned before the car was delivered to our home. Throughout the process, Scott tracked the progress of the car build and kept us updated, and my wife was extremely happy with the car she ended up with. Despite the car being a custom build, Scott was able to get it at 9K below MSRP at a time when car prices were already starting to get somewhat crazy. Scott's involvement didn't stop with the car delivery. The car had some tree sap on one of the mirrors, and he ensured the dealer took care of that as well. The second time we used Scott was toward the end of 2023. The last few months of 2023 were trying for us as a family with the loss of my father, then a close uncle, then our dog, and then my wife's stepfather. Those losses combined with our jobs made it difficult for us to work with Scott with much lead time. We ended up asking him to find my wife a 2024 X5 matching a specific build and he literally had days right before Christmas to do it. And he DID it. This time, the new car was again 8-9K below MSRP. And Scott again took care of handling everything from finding the car which he did in a weekend, to negotiating the deal, to finalizing the documents for us to DocuSign, and finally ensuring the car was delivered again to our home. With everything we had going on in our lives and our jobs, I can say without the shadow of a doubt that if it weren't for Scott, my wife would not have been able to get a new car by end of 2023. We highly recommend Scott, much like he was highly recommended to us. And we are grateful for his good nature and calm dealing with our constraints in 2023 because we know that couldn't have been easy for him. In a world where everything is inflated, Scott is one of the few exceptions where the value you receive far outweighs the fee you pay.
