Relaxed friendly environment. Had an issue with the soft roof on my Miata. Some rivets popped off and a bracket got bent out of shape. Everyone around me said "Don't take it to the dealer, it'll be too expensive, they won't try to fix it, they'll say you need to replace the roof, engine, tires and antenna"... Boy, were they all wrong! 495 Mazda DID fix it, and they fixed it right! And the final bill was very, very reasonable. It would have definitely cost way more if I took it to the local mechanic. Mechanics at 495 Mazda know your Mazda, know how things are supposed to work, and have to right tools for the right job. Can't say thank you enough! Thanks to Jonathan and Cesare! Obviously, it was a car they had a hard time getting off the lot, so I told them to find me something else...and my only option became a better looking car with lots of additional add-ons that cost an additional $2000. Additionally, they promised me 3 years of Mazda Connected Services, and signed me up for it. I suspected that they would reneg on that so I grabbed a screenshot of my account with 3 years of MCS provided. After 1 year passed, they took away my MCS and told me that my one year trial was over, even though I had previously been signed up for 3 years. When I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing they could do. Of course there is more they can do, they just refuse. I bought my last 4 cars from them (Lannan Mazda previously) but never again. Liars and charlatans.

My car went in for body work, and Marshall's dealt with the insurance company, saving me the hassle. The car was finished when promised, and was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. I purchased a car for my daughter back in January, and I was impressed with the honesty of the salesperson Anthony when discussing the car. I had to change the name on the paperwork, but it was no problem and not a big deal. I plan to buy my other child a car here in the near future. Anthony from Marshalls answered each one of them and provided me every bit of detail I asked for. Right from test drive(s) (I had multiple test drives coordinated by Cody who again was very courteous) till I closed the deal, it was a fabulous experience. Unlike other sales persons, Anthony is non-aggressive. patient sales person who never puts pressure on customers to close the deal. He sticks to his commitments all through the selling process and is thoroughly professional. It's been more than a month that I closed this deal and I am fully satisfied both with after sales service, overall performance of car and every other aspect. Then turned nasty when we provided poor but respectful feedback explaining what the issue was and they would not honor the Certified Used Car service benefit (for only a $40 (list price) service!!!!). Lost us, our family and friends as potential customers. A real shame, and very short-sighted. And, folks, no need to get nasty!
