We got some bagels at work, lovely! Nice and chewy with a crisp outside and lots of flavor in both the bagel and the cream cheese

This is a small bagel spot. Went in for a bagel with butter. So I ordered a bagel with vanilla berry butter. Didn't realize they sell the bagels by 3s. Silly me just wanted one bagel. I was able to "try before I buy" and I can understand the hype. The bagels are delicious, airy and soft. Could've eaten 3 in one sitting. Go for the bagels.

Delicious and fresh bagels with the most amazing schmears. We got the hotel butter and the vegan scallion cream cheese and both were delish! Line could get long but they're quick! Grab your bagels and go enjoy at Washington Square Park :)

The popular popup bagels did not disappoint. When we got there, the line was super long but don't let that fool you because it went by so quickly. You have to appreciate how fast paced and efficient the vibe of the restaurant was. You pop in, grab a few bagels, pop out. As for the food themselves, we got plain and an everything bagel with some scallion schmear. The bagels were cooked perfectly. When you tore one open, steam would come out so you know they're fresh. They were so fluffy and tasted amazing. This is not even mentioning how they tasted paired with the light flavorful cream cheese. Definitely an amazing NYC bagel spot and one that every tourist should go to.

Everything bagels were so warm and fresh, while the hotel butter was so addicting! Only con is that the minimum is 3 bagels - a bit smaller in size than a regular bagel, but still would have loved the option to get it per piece. Fast service and short line when we went midday!

I love popup bagels!! I am a sucker for a good bagel, so I had been dying to try this place. For a Saturday morning the line was super quick, we waited maybe 10 min. We got a mix of everything and salt bagels, and the scallion cream cheese and pesto butter. In my opinion you can never have brought cream cheese/butter on a bagel, so dipping your bagel is the perfect idea. There was a cute French bulldog keeping an eye on the establishment, extra points for that.

Scallion cream cheese (whipped) was great.

I really wanted to dislike this hyped-up spot but, damn it, the bagels and schmear were delicious. We ordered the three bagels in a bag deal with a big container of scallion shmear which we shamefully almost finished. The bagels (one salt, one everything, and one sesame) were delivered absolutely piping hot and super fresh. They were delicious, with the salt one being the winner. The schmear was excellent, too. Zero line on a random weekday. The inside is as small as a closet but there is a standing area directly outside where you can and should enjoy your freshly-born bagels.

I love you PopUp Bagels and I'll never forget you. The most fresh, perfectly hot bagels I've tasted yet. The smears were tasty and they give a generous amount. One add is to expand bagel type, including cinnamon raisin, pretty please.

So I've tried this place when my sister brought me the bagels and they were good. But def worth a visit - highly recommend eating the bagels as soon as you pick it up. All bagels are fresh and hot. Crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside!

Went to a EARLY morning free pop up event in the area and heard of this spot. I was a little hesitant because of the the line being so long however, I had to try the Grillo's Schmear. Though the line was line, it moved quickly. I purchased three everything bagels ( I think that is the minimum purchase) with the Grillo's (limited time). I waited 10 mins for fresh bagels. While waiting there was few seats available and I was able to grab one, music playing so I was vibing, it was crowded and customer service was friendly while entering the crowd. NOW let me tell you when I got home, I happily got settled to eat my bagel and it was worth the longgg line and the 10 min wait. OMGOODNESS... I have NEVER enjoyed a bagel as much as I enjoyed PopUp.. The bagel was sooo soft, NOT dry..The schmear was the RIGHT amount, I was able to break my bagel, dip and eat. Since I was the only one eating I double dipped as much as I wanted lol...If your bagel lover PLEASE Try em!

The line can definitely get long for this place but everything was straight forward. The staff was friendly and helpful. This small place is a grab and go type of place with barely any seating. The bagels here are made fresh and taste great when they are hot so I recommend not waiting to eat them.I got the everything bagel and the poppy seed bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagels were coated well and were good quality. Definitely would come back to try their other cream cheeses.

Very fast and hot bagels! Love the concept but the cream cheese size is big for 3 bagels. I would rather have too much than not enough but would rather have 2 smaller flavors than 1 large. Can't wait to see the new flavors of butter and cream cheese! Worth the wait!

Grabbed a bunch of plain bagels (so that we had a general baseline) with friends to-go! The bagels were nice and warm, and went well with their cream cheese. They were crispier than I expected on the outside, but I loft the softness and doughiness on the inside! Would love to try their rotation flavors in the future.

This time we got the lox bagel with scallion lox cream cheese spread, bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel, and onion bagel with chipotle scallion cream cheese. The lox bagel had so much smoked salmon which was great. My favorite, however, is still the chipotle scallion cream cheese spread. By far my favorite and just getting cream cheese makes the bagel pretty cheap compared to those sandwiches. Strongly recommend!!

The bagel was nice and fresh. Doughy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I'm giving 4 stars because there was a bit too much cream cheese for my liking and I had to try to wipe some of it off. I ordered ahead on the Doordash app so it was ready when I arrived but there was no option to add a note for light cream cheese. I didn't spend too much time inside but I noticed there was plenty of seating. There were a ton of different spreads in the case and the menus on TV screens had a decent amount of options for salads, sandwiches, and breakfast platters. Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese: 4/5

I'm calling it that since I've been to so many bagel shops back home serving bagels almost identical to this. $15 for the lox was a good price, although none of the bagels are heavily topped. Also got a white fish which had a very conservative amount of fish, and a very meh tomato bagel. Our favorite was definitely the lox. The toppings were fresh and the bagel toasted crispy with a nice chew. My friends (not from LA) all loved it, it was just fine for me, although I can see why there's hype since this is way different than the traditional NY bagel.
