After having lunch here, I'm guessing this place won't be famous for its restaurant. Not awful, but not great. Wings were tender, but VERY fatty, swimming in grease, flavor only on the outside, once you strip away the skin and the fat there's not much left on the jumbos. Chips and toppings were both cardboard bland and scarce... queso, sour cream and a few beans and bland jalapeños were barely drizzled. I'm told the burger was good. All food can be ordered ONLY on the app, so if you don't download, you don't eat or drink. The course looks clean and new, since they opened under a week ago. Beautiful place and atmosphere but a waste of money. It's around $25-$30 per person and you get a very cheap experience. All the golf balls are identical so it's very easy to get confused when in a group. We played a full 18 hole course and almost every single hole was the same. Boring course and no variety. Love this place, it is so much fun! The food is really good, my burger was cooked to perfection. The staff are so friendly, shout out to Carlos the bartender and Jessica my server! One suggestion to PopStroke...have drink holders at the end of the hole and not just at the "tee". With the "play all day", It's a great way to spend the day. Best mini golf experience my family has ever had! You keep the ball ... cool for the kidos. You pay both courses and can come back same day with receipt. We went early when they opened was some people already playing we did the easy 18 did some shopping had lunch drove back to Tampa are refreshed and came back later in evening for the more challenging course. Placed was packed as expected so what can you do. Was able to get on course fairly quickly though with our ALL-DAY passes. Halfway through the course pulled out the phone and ordered some beverages which were delivered at the designated hole. That's service! Daughter got a hole-in-one on hole 17 at the Tiger black course and everyone cheered. We live close so a quick trip home (out of the sun) and going back this evening with our passes to play the second 18-hole course. All in all, your family will enjoy as mines did and it was a great way (not cheap way) to get the kids out of the house and off their devices. read more

We came opening weekend so we expected it to be crowded and it was! But, it didn't hinder our experience! Golf went smoothly and we never had to wait! I love that you can order drinks from your phone and they deliver it to you on the course. And they are FAST! We ate at the restaurant and it was your typical food for a place like this. We love Pop Stroke however, there are some suggestions we have. As we sat down the staff (very nice) c advised uS we should download the app to pave a dark n, appetizer or entree order. There were 10+ employees standing around. My husband and I kept saying this is odd. We were here last year on the same day and it was packed last year. We understand it is difficult to find staff. However, making us order by download an app is not ideal. It is Mother's Day and I do not want to download an app order drinks and appetizers. As I look around there are employees looking around doing nothing. It seems the o line ordering is a bit ahead of its time. I hope Pop Stroke realizes this. read more

I love the idea of a cool mini golf hangout but I don't think this is it. Having cold towels out on the course was a lifesaver but the heat can be pretty brutal and it needs more shade or maybe misters? I was with a pretty big group and there's only a small splash of color on the balls so it can be hard to tell which belongs to who. It seems like it's trying to be sort of serious but i think some whimsy would go a long way, there are 0 windmills or clowns or cool tunnels. There are two courses of minigolf to play. The black course is wheelchair accessible and the easier course of the two. We tried using just the app to keep score, but the information disappeared, so I recommend using the paper sheet and try inputting the scores in the app after the game. Food was good. Service was excellent. Great music played over the course and in the restaurant. You also have to use the app/QR code to order food. Any modifications are best specified with the wait staff. The app is a bit buggy, but overall a great way to spend the day. read more

Pop stroke is a really fun to go and have fun with friends, family, or a significant other, the Ambience is nice and a little bit modern, it's mostly outdoors but the places you can eat are air conditioned, although it was a little packed when i was there, that didn't change the experience, i got crispy chicken sandwich and they were delicious and filling, you order them through your phone so you don't even have to wait for someone to come to your table, although it was busy and packed the food came in 15 maybe 20 minutes, and that was for two meals so it was pretty fast, but they didn't only have golf, they had servers other small games, they had foosball, ping pong, and other things, the service was great everybody was very friendly finally, when you buy an all day pass you can just leave and come back at any time you want, it's very good and i'd recommend it! read more

After golf, we ordered lunch. Used the app. Everyone at our table was served. We continued to wait. Eventually, the server came over and asked if we had placed the order. We said yes. The golf section is where it gets a little ridicules. The course isn't big and it has 2 directions to start. But if a lot of ppl are there you're all waiting in a lengthy line for people to take their turn, which while you're waiting it'll make ya wana grab a couple more drinks. Fun place I took my 12 yo grandson after school. $70-80 for us to "play all day" and eat - this was without alcohol. The food was good although the wait was 45 minutes. The place was buzzing with friendly staff and players and had that new event vibe. Lots of noise in the dining area and ping pong tables were in use as well as other games. The people on the course moved along although I imagine the bit about ordering drinks as you play - part of the fantasy of actually being on a course- will slow it up considerably. No one ordered drinks on the course the day I went. A good place for groups of people or to take out of town guests. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I've never encountered a more rude and unprofessional waitress in my life. We were sat at a table and my parents had been there before and said the menu was on the app. The waitress comes over and asked if we were ready to order. We said yes, then she walked back to the bar and continued chatting with coworkers. We were confused and called her over and she looked at us, rolled her eyes, continued her conversation, then once she was done, she stomped over to our table. She had an extremely hostile tone and demeanor and she basically snapped at us saying we had to order on the app and she wouldn't be taking our order. My parents had been there and had the servers take their order directly so we had no idea. She ended up taking our order and she was rude and hostile and snapped at my parents over what dressing/sides they wanted. To be blunt, she was a raging b*tch for absolutely no reason. I've worked both as a server and in retail since I was 16 and I've never in my life spoken to any customer that way, even if they were being rude or extremely needy (which we weren't. We just didn't know how the app worked because she never bothered to tell us until after the fact) She was so unprofessional. She stormed off and went back to the bar and started pointing at us and gossiping to her coworkers, didn't even put in our order at all. A really nice bartender came over and we explained the situation and he tried to remedy it but at that point, we didn't want to put up with her behavior or be in that uncomfortable situation anymore. The table next to us even said she was extremely rude and they had to order condiments on the app and that she wouldn't bring them!! I asked for a manager and it turned out that she was the manager. Clearly she shouldn't be a manager if she doesn't even have basic customer service skills and cops an attitude over literally nothing!
