Fun place I took my 12 yo grandson after school. $70-80 for us to "play all day" and eat - this was without alcohol. The food was good although the wait was 45 minutes. The place was buzzing with friendly staff and players and had that new event vibe. Lots of noise in the dining area and ping pong tables were in use as well as other games. The people on the course moved along although I imagine the bit about ordering drinks as you play - part of the fantasy of actually being on a course- will slow it up considerably. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I've never encountered a more rude and unprofessional waitress in my life. We were sat at a table and my parents had been there before and said the menu was on the app. The waitress comes over and asked if we were ready to order. We said yes, then she walked back to the bar and continued chatting with coworkers. We were confused and called her over and she looked at us, rolled her eyes, continued her conversation, then once she was done, she stomped over to our table. She had an extremely hostile tone and demeanor and she basically snapped at us saying we had to order on the app and she wouldn't be taking our order. My parents had been there and had the servers take their order directly so we had no idea. She ended up taking our order and she was rude and hostile and snapped at my parents over what dressing/sides they wanted. To be blunt, she was a raging b*tch for absolutely no reason. I've worked both as a server and in retail since I was 16 and I've never in my life spoken to any customer that way, even if they were being rude or extremely needy (which we weren't. We just didn't know how the app worked because she never bothered to tell us until after the fact) She was so unprofessional. She stormed off and went back to the bar and started pointing at us and gossiping to her coworkers, didn't even put in our order at all. A really nice bartender came over and we explained the situation and he tried to remedy it but at that point, we didn't want to put up with her behavior or be in that uncomfortable situation anymore. The table next to us even said she was extremely rude and they had to order condiments on the app and that she wouldn't bring them!! I asked for a manager and it turned out that she was the manager. Clearly she shouldn't be a manager if she doesn't even have basic customer service skills and cops an attitude over literally nothing! We were nice to her until she snapped at us and basically made us feel stupid for not knowing how their ordering system works. Not only that but we were one of 2 tables sat in the dining area. They were not busy whatsoever and yet she still acted like we were the problem. Just a PSA to anyone who plans on getting food here, if you see a blonde chick with a bird nose and a sour look on her face, RUN. However if a guy named Carlos is working, he was awesome and was even more professional than the actual manager and tried his best to remedy the situation. I had a large group of 11 people and they were very accommodating to all of our needs. It was an amazing atmosphere for our group of 21-22 year olds. This is fun place to hang out, and it's nice that it is open late for the Wesley Chapel community. We loved the variety of games available, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The putting range is well maintained. I was a bit disappointed and surprised with the food at this place. The best recommended burger, Smash Burger, was very disappointing for $18 - Somehow it was both overcooked and cold. The Queso dip was very watery and also not warm. The food is good but you are encouraged to order online, even when seated in the restaurant. That's okay but they were out of mild Buffalo sauce for the wings, like we ordered. There is no indication online that they are out of something. The wait staff did not notify us either. They simply brought wings without any sauce and didn't say anything. We would have changed our order had we been told. The wait for food is extremely long, even though all tables are not filled. One of our orders was wrong. From the time of placing the order, until we received the correct order was an hour and 2 minutes. I know this because the online order is time stamped. With this service delivery model of online ordering inperson, there isn't anyone coming by to check on you. They have already received payment and tip, upon ordering. There is little incentive to ensure you get what you need. We had to request refills on water each time we needed them. We went to the bar to get condiments that were ordered and prepaid online. Again, the food is really good for a sports bar. In the end the manager was kind, genuine and accepting of our feedback. We will give them another try. read more

I had a tab open at the bar while sitting at one of the tables along the railing and after our one bartender left early (we tipped her very nice cash) we said to just leave the tab open because we were going to order more drinks. So she left and then nobody else came up to us from the bar. We sat there for two hours, nobody came over to take our drink order again (alcohol) or even fill our waters. 2 and 1/2 hours later someone asked if we would like anything else. Problem is there is no rhyme or reason as to how food comes out. Tonight some of us got our dinner before the appetizers and some got their appetizers before their dinner. Food was nothing special. My husband and I went to PopStroke for the first time yesterday. We busted the restaurant before playing golf. The restaurant staff was so helpful. They immediately greeted us when we sat. Actually multiple people asked for our drink order .The bartender/manager not sure which he was even came over to get our drink order. The waitress was super helpful and even made some menu suggestions. We ordered the mozzarella wedges witch were delicious, so delicious we ordered two haha. My husband had a Long Island that was great and worth the money. I had a strawberry mojito that was delicious. I ordered the tenders. They were crispy and really flavorful. I asked to have them tossed in sauce per waitress recommendation. They came to the table without being tossed in sauce. The waitress offered to correct it but was told that they couldn't. The same bartender/manager came over and corrected immediately and even gave me extra tenders. The restaurant experience and staff was so pleasant. Their customer service was top tier. The golf was fun but way too crowded. Waiting in between holes was not fun. It probably would have taken over two hours to get through the course. It was a very family friendly place, there were lots of children even for a late night. I'm guessing spring break contributed to this. We would definitely visit this location again. read more
