I've always had a soft spot for bowling, and this place takes me back to my elementary school days when class bowling trips were the highlight of the year. Fast forward to now, I'm a bit more of a certified bowler (thank you, bowling classes) and I've even mastered the art of making my ball magically and weirdly curve towards the middle. Me and my friends went here and they tried charging us 2 dollars tax on top of that their arcade cards didn't give cash back which ment we would have to spend an extra $3 on cards. We had such a fun night of bowling! Getting bored stuck in the house because this girl does NOT do cold! On this chilly night we decided to go bowling and what a fun time we had! There's a small arcade area in the back where you purchase a game card to play the games. The kids had so much fun playing games while we waited for our lane res and I had fun at the bar I had a couple of blue moons which were $5 a piece I think. Kind of pricey for a bowling alley, but Abbi the bartender was super sweet and provided excellent customer service! When it was time to bowl, we got down to it. The cost for Saturday night 3 pm to close is $16 something for ages 13 and up and $15 something for ages 12 and under. You get 2 hours and your shoes are free. We ordered pizza and the kids had soda. The cheese pizza was surprisingly really good! $14 for a cheese pizza and $7.50 for 2 sodas with unlimited refills. No pitchers of soda. While the staff was all super friendly, the place could have been kept a bit cleaner. The ladies bathroom had one stall with a toilet completely clogged full of stool. No warning that it was out of order. Our table had the previous bowlers stuff on it for quite a while and no one word the table down once it was cleared. Luckily it wasn't gross. Bowling in Tampa has been getting a bit pricey but Pin Chasers has maintained a reasonable rate , $9.99 per game or $19.99 for 2hrs, all per person, making them a great option for entertaining the family. This location is fairly clean, the staff was super friendly and there are options for food as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The cocktails and food aren't Michelin star but it will suffice. The music while you bowl is infectious and the cyber lights are fun after 7pm. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience last night and will definitely be back. read more

Been bowling on league for a couple of years here and loved coming to bowl but with the renovation on the place makes it so stressful. There is not enough tables for each lane or very small tables that don't even fit a team to bowl. Then have to try to figure out where two teams will sit when have to share a table that only seats 4. Then with the benches at the lanes it is so crowded and a waste of space where no one sits on. No where for bags and tables are not even marked so know what lane they belong to so then no misunderstanding with others. My hubby and I did bowling leagues here years ago. The kids are old enough and want to do the kids' bowling league. It is a great time for kids to learn the fun sport in a supportive and excited environment. The staff is super friending when helping the parents or kids out. Yes, lots of balls are getting stuck or need help with bumpers. The great staff smiles, gives kind feedback on how to do it the problem, or they correct themselves. The league is all about teaching the kids whether skills or social etiquette of the game like when to take turns. I understand keeping the $20 if I don't show up but to not apply it to my total cost is a rip off. Music was so low that we could not even hear it. No walk up service to the snack bar. I've so been wanting to go bowling forever. It always reminded me of back in the day growing up. This time I made a reservation for a Sunday, it was the best day to go price wise. When we got there, it was pretty easy to check in, no wait, got our shoes, and a bowling lane right away. It is pretty clean. The scoring system has different themes so you can select the graphics that you like the most. That was really cool! My hubby and j played fast because we wanted as many games as possible since it was all you can bowl for one price, $9 a person for two hours. My butt was kicked, but I had fun. Takeout is available, I've been told that the nearby businesses order take out often. All sorts of special packages and bargain nights. New scoring machines. Shoe rentals are free. I locked my keys in my car and had to wait inside. I was given a snack at no charge. The people who work there go above and beyond to make sure that you have a positive experience. Every time you go they put a small amount onto your account that you can spend later. It doesn't cost anything to sign up for an account. Staff was friendly enough but no one really went out of their way. Just there doing their job. Food was decent. Pin Chasers has a pretty nice set up. I really did not want to go, but once I got into it, it was a lot of fun. Cyber bowling has the lights off and the music spinning. It is pretty fun. Great place to take your family. Not all that expensive unless your bowling, eating, playing video games and drinking with friends then offer to pick up the tab. "always have a designated driver" if you get tired they have lots of comfy couches! They also offer darts and have a nice pool table. I'm sure there is a lot that I'm missing. Stood at the front counter with 3 employees staring at us from the food counter for at least 10 minutes. I finally asked if someone was available to help us. One of the three employees said yes and walked over after staring at us for a solid 10 minutes. After saying someone could help us she proceeded to tell us we couldn't bowl because a league was coming in 30 minutes and other lanes were under construction. Really tired of this happening at every bowling alley lately. When I was a kid you just walked into a bowling alley, you didn't have to join a league to play. So much for trying to bring my nieces and nephew to do something fun before school starts. Did you say that because you didn't want to take care of us or what? There was no waiting and the amenities were great. They have food, game rooms, and almost a full bar. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Maybe I'm biased after a great experience at Pin Chasers Midtown on Armenia. But after going to that location on a Friday night with a large group, and then coming here on a Sunday afternoon with my kids, I prefer the Midtown location hands down. I also thought this one would be closer to my house being that I live in Wesley Chapel, but it is WAY out there. Maybe I docked a star for location. They would have been much smarter to build this in SOUTHeast Pasco. So we arrived around 3pm on a Sunday, since they have cyber bowling from 3-5pm. There were some birthday parties going on, so we had to wait a little bit to check in. There WERE lanes open, however. I had purchased a Groupon for this bowling trip, so check in was quick, except they made me fill out some sort of Kids Club reward card? She told me I needed to fill it out for the Groupon redemption? I may have been bamboozled. My inbox is yet to be spammed (knock on wood) so I don't really know. We quickly got our shoes (which for whatever reason seem to run about a half size too large just FYI) and then picked out our balls, which were slim pickings for anything 5-9 lbs. They have two of those ramps for kids to use to help them bowl, but both were in use, though they looked like awesome dinosaurs. Our lane was fine, computer screen for inputting names worked fine, easy to navigate, and super easy to add bumpers for any or all players. Nothing glitchy about our games (we bowled two) so the bowling itself was fine. The first thing that bothered me was the crumbs all over the table. Seriously, I don't think the tables had been wiped down all day. I went to grab a menu and food was stuck to the menu and table. There was an order of french fries that sat on our table untouched for the entire 2 hours we were there. We ended up ordering food, which wasn't too bad as far as cost. Kids meals are around $4, and sandwiches and burgers are around $7. Kids got cheeseburgers and hot dog. Cheeseburger got a thumbs up, hot dog was gross. The bun was crumbly and they split the hot dog down the middle, so it's next to impossible to keep in the bun and have a 4 year old eat independently. How do you mess up a hot dog? Well, I'm not sure, but they did. The kids meals also come with a drink, but the menu says they get a free bowlopolis cup to keep, but this is not what they got; they just got regular paper cups with lids. We split a philly cheesesteak, which was pretty good. They just really need someone to clean up the tables and keep this place tidy. It left a bad impression to be eating amongst filth leftover from prior customers. Did not order alcohol at this location, so can't speak for their bar, although the bar area looked cool, as did the couches and tables they have set up when you first enter. Looks like a good set up for a large group to mingle, but I don't think I'd bring my friends to this one. Bottom line, if you live close, check it out. But don't drive more than 10 minutes to visit this location. read more

Wow has this place really hit the dumps. Between the manager at the front desk with the greenish hair being unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Also the cafe worker be equally as rude. This establishment should not offer the dollar mania Monday's any longer. With the event starting at 9 by 930 the rude manager at the front was saying last call for bar and last call for cafe. With this establishment closing at 12 why on earth stop selling everything they are advertising 30-45 minutes into the evening. When ordering food you couldn't seem more like a bother. Granted this is located in Zephyrhills I guess I shouldn't have expected more. Always clean, this is a nice bowling alley where everyone is very friendly. It's a good idea to call ahead because sometimes when you would be least expecting it, they are busy with Bowling League players. They have a good deal where you can play for 2 hours for a fixed price. Surprisingly, the chicken wings here are pretty tasty and the bar staff is always accommodating too. This is the worst place ever. I set a reservation for a specific time and because it was raining we were about 17 minutes late. When we set the reservation via the phone the employee didn't INFORM us that there was a 15 minutes grace period before we lost the lane. So we drove 40 minutes, but because we were 3 minutes late after the grace period we were never told about we lost our whole lane. On top of that the staff said that they couldn't give us another one till 9:00pm because of a league and our original appointment was at 4 pm. The staff in the front acted like she could care less if we missed our appointment our not. She was totally unprofessional!!! This is the second time I've been to this bowling alley and have been treated horribly. I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever step into this pin chasers again. We went on a Friday night and it was busy. They have a fair deal for a party of up to six for bowling and a meal. But we had to ask twice about when our meal would come out, and when it finally did we were already half way through our second game. Then we were shorted on some of the meal... Because it was so busy and we were about to be done bowling, we didn't bring it up. The bathrooms could be a little better taken care of. Overall a good time and will be back, but I suggest that when a party pays for two hours of bowling and food at a total cost of $120, the food should come out hot, fast, and with everything your patrons paid for. read more

Went last night to the east pasco location in Zephyrhills, on saturday they have a special from 8-9:30pm for $9 a person. Then Fri-Sat 10pm-1am for $14 a person. The time frame but what i give this a 2 star review is that they dont clean up the bowling alley from the groups before that bowled. The bowling balls are left in the ball return because they are too lazy to take them back up front and they dont clean up the tables either. Last night there was a group of kids 10-12 that were bowling and had thrown napkins all over the ground their leftover food sat their while they walked out to go home and their drinks were spilt all over the table. I've never actually had a problem with the bowling alley in general but ever since they started doing the waiters and waitresses to come serve at your lane it's been horrible. The worst idea ever. I've been there twice now and haven't even gotten a "has anyone helped you yet?" That girl with pink hair needs to be fired. She sucks! The first time I had to ask for her 4 TIMES! By the fourth time she gave me attitude when I addressed that I've been asking for service 4 times now and said I'm gonna have to wait till she's done with her other table. All I wanted was a drink and she wanna give me attitude and say I have to wait a little longer as if I hadn't been waiting long enough for her already. She's lucky I ain't popped her in the mouth for that attitude. The second time she recognized me and didn't even bother to go anywhere near the lane I was at. Never asked if me and my boyfriend had been helped or even took our order. I even watched two other guys walk up to her and ask if they can order. That's pretty sad that people have to grab her attention in order to get their orders in. If you're gonna cover certain lanes then make sure every customer of yours is attended too and don't ignore some of them. I read all the newCOVID safety measures for bowling alley online before I decided to make a reservation for a lane . It seemed that it would be safe enough to take my high risk son and myself. Also came a friend and her 2 grandchildren. Upon arrival we noticed they had a senior league with at least 50 seniors none of which were wearing face masks. We were put on a lane a few lanes down from them. Another couple and their son also not wearing masks were 2 lanes away. We were half way thru 1st game when a group of people show up to bowl on the lane right next to us. All without face masks. I went to front desk to ask about the social distancing. Was told he had no other lanes to put this new group at. Yet there were at least 20 lanes with no one at them. My friend and I decided it was not a safe place at all and left. Definitely no social distancing and no masks. Not even the front desk clerk was wearing a mask. read more

We've been to the bowling alley many times. Usually for bowling, but sometimes just for food. Today we had a birthday party there, and I was very impressed. Initially, I was a little put off by the price, but now that it's over I know it was more than worth it. We arrived to find the tables decorated with table clothes, balloons, and colored plates in our theme. They had also gotten some balloons and a poster that matched the theme. The entire time we were there, we had our own party attendant. She took take of refilling the pitchers of drinks, getting the food to us, keeping us on schedule, and more. It was great! I was able to talk to the guests and enjoy the party. The pizza was fantastic as always, and the kids had a blast. At the end, I didn't have to clean up anything. It was great, and worth what they charge. In general, I have to say the food here is so good! The pizza is some of the best in town, and the burgers are amazing. The staff and management are always friendly and super helpful. There's not much to do in this town, so I'm glad we have Pin Chasers! read more
