Baked haddock, fresh corn and mashed potatoes.
Steve M.

Coming from Boston I had a craving for baked haddock and love making this simple dish myself. I had been referred to Pops as they always have fresh Boston Haddock and cod along with live kicking Maine lobsters. I ordered stuffed clams that were outstanding packed with chunks of clams in a tasty stuffing. The Haddock was thick, flaky, fresh and outstandingly sweet. I crumble ritz crackers, melted butter and garlic and top fish which I wash and dry, add fresh lemon juice wine and garlic. I'll put it against any restaurant... I can't wait to get back for another dose.

We LOVE Pop's and have been coming here for years. They have quality seafood options and make sure to provide the best to customers. Their staff is extremely helpful and will prepare you cuts to your liking. They also have tons of homemade seafood salad and sauce options that are delish. Their kitchen also has lunch and dinner options like sandwiches. If you haven't bought from pops yet you're missing out!

Okay there is a decent sized parking lot out front. No bathrooms available. Employees are amazing! Very helpful and kind. If you buy anything in the case they charge you 10$ to cook it go for you right there unless it's over 25lb (or something like that. I can't remember the exact amount, the price changes for more than that.) Some people were eating there. I got grouper and snapper meals and my mom got the scallops and we also got the scallop and shrimp cilantro like salad and the smoked fish dip and they were all amazing!!! The scallop shrimp salad was my favorite but I love lime and cilantro on everything. Not as watery as ceviche but close to it. Very cool place. Everyone is friendly and ready to help you. I am gluten free but those pies looked amazing. I did get some chips and salsa and that was good too. All around a great price and a great stop.

Fish, shrimp and scallops with beans and rice!!!!

Omg. I am from New England and all the fried seafood I have gotten in south Florida has been over cooked with no flavor. Just hot grease. To my surprise, not only is everyone super friendly but the fried seafood is good! The batter is tasty and everything tastes fresh. I discovered it as I just housed my boat down the street at Mizner Marina, and I found them on yelp. I live in Boynton, but this will be my go to. AND the fish dip is amazing. Not a bunch of mayo. Yum!!!!!

I bought the left front one. So good!

Ask the Community - Pop's Fish Market

Do you sell crabs by bushel?

We sell crabs by the pound.

How much a pound for 2-3 pound live Maine lobsters?

Do you sell catfish?

Although we don't see a lot of catfish anymore we do from time to time see it come through the door. Best way to find out is to give us a call same day.

Is it possible to get Dungeness crabs already cooked?

I don't know.

Can you get blue claws steamed, cleaned with old bay on the side to go?

I'm sure you can. Seasonal

We were told there would be a 30 minute wait for our party of six (4 adults, one teenager, one 8yo and one 3yo). An hour and a half later, we were still not seated. They do not have many large tables, so make reservations if you want to avoid our trouble. We were only seated when we complained and said we would gladly sit at two separate tables. Eventually, they crammed us into a single table for four. With the number of smaller parties they sat before us, they could have done this an hour earlier if they had simply communicated with us. Although the manager offered her apologies, she did not really seem to care about our inconvenience. Although we were glad to eat finally, the food was not worth the wait, aggravation, and cost. My blackened grouper sandwhich was excellent, the smoked fish dip was very good, the crab was crab, and the sushi was sub par in comparison to its premium cost. Although our waitress was spectacular, we will be unlikely to return. This is sad because I have had so many fond memories at this restaurant.

The hostess was very nice the guy at the deli was ok not the most friendly but was quick and efficient. The inside used to be a lot bigger now just a small seafood counter and some alcoholic drinks for sale. Their conch salad was absolutely amazing a pint for $15 worth every penny full of conch meat. The shrimp/fish vinaigrette was good, had to add some lemon and spice to make it more toward my liking. Their clam chowder was one of the best I had wish I bought more to take home with me. The large stone crab are now $60 a pound when I was here a few years ago the mediums were around $30 a pound they were out of mediums when, I was there inflation has really set in these past couple of years.

There was a dj outside setting some good vibes and inside was nice a calm. Highly recommend bringing a jacket, the air conditioning inside kept the place pretty chilly when it was on and then comfortably warm when off. The food was fresh and delicious. I would say it rivals Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach. Everything was to perfection. My favorites were the fried calamari and the whole fried fish (didn't get a pic). A little lemon juice and nothing more was needed. Our server Mimi was delightful and had great menu knowledge. Especially appreciated her suggestion of spicy mayo with my blackened lobster sandwich rather than the sauce it comes with. Looking forward to coming back!

I was searching Yelp for seafood, and this came up as highly rated. One of the people in our party of 5 adults and a toddler is not a huge fan of seafood, so having Italian options was great. He ordered the special eggplant parmigiana and said it was delicious. The sauce was very good and he cleaned his plate. . Everyone also enjoyed their salads with the ginger dressing. A few even added some balsamic and said the combo was delicious. The wahoo bites we had as an appetizer was crispy and flaky and lovely. Our 16 month old guest enjoyed them as well. I ordered the sesame crusted ahi tuna and Bahamian peas and rice side. The tuna was perfectly cooked and the Bahamian peas and rice were amazing!!! The spicy flavor and beautifully textured rice were the perfect side with the tuna! Others ordered the Linguine Alla Vongole - fresh clams in the shell with garlic scampi sauce and Crazy Bob's Shrimp and Calamari Fra Diavolo with angel hair pasta. There was a generous amount of clams, shrimp and calamari in the respective dishes enjoyed with the wonderful pastas. The generous amount of pasta was taken home. Our sever Agnes was a delight! Very kind and an absolute pleasure! While we were too full and content to have desserts those who live in town said they will need to come back and leave room for the key lime pie. The dining area was decorated with wonderful art and nautical treasures. A few tables exist for outdoor dining. Mostly for two or four diners. Highly recommend Chef Dee's restaurant!

Not only are the quality and freshness great, but the prices are also reasonable. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to find those items on sale. At times, I would walk throughout the store and discover interesting items to enhance meals at home, such as making an oven fried fish filet sandwich with artisan bread, remoulade sauce, and salad greens. At other times, I would grab bottles of water priced at $0.79 or a small bottle of milk to make oatmeal. Huge store, fabulous variety of fresh fruit on the salad bar and of course I love the purple cabbage, cubed celery chunks, snow peas, etc.... They even sometimes have the heated enchiladas - tofu scramble spicy with veggies - and half off occasionally - always a TREAT! The bathrooms being renovated was a MESS - one UNISEX bathroom for Men & Woman - hummmm. Poor decisions that sometimes need the KINKS worked out ... it is over now though. Just the finishing touches happening. Tons of Parking, Huge Movie Theater in the same parking lot ... loads of beautiful new outside furniture and chairs to accommodate boo-koo guests. Whole Foods was always for THE COMMUNITY - but that has changed over time with different ownership & management brings NEW IDEAS and ways to SAVE MONEY. This is a VERY LARGE store where you can move around with your shopping cart with ease - SUCH A PLEASURE. I did purchase Chef Christy's I-MLEAN LLC Raw Vegan Bakery Products here as well when they were keeping them in the refrigerated area. Why they changed that I do not know. One day I finally brought it to Mark's Attn (the manager) that all product seemed to disappear off the shelves - see the pictures uploaded, the only product left was CINNAMAN ROLLS one day, still unrefrigerated. I explained what I witnessed that week and told him they need to be refrigerated. He is the one who told me 100 days FROZEN and 45 days REFRIGERATED - I realized he told me the wrong thing - I could not read the TINY PRINT without my glasses. I would eat lunch or dinner there often - I had no kitchen nor refrigerator, etc... and I needed to eat healthy for my Diabetes. They were very kind here - Miguel was the bakery manager at the time. He told me they had problems with the VENDOR who delivered Chef Christy's I-MLEAN LLC products. Mark could not tell me who that was. I did inform them of the turn of events in Ft Lauderdale with papers I had created of the Timeline of Events. I unfortunately had a FOREIGN OBJECT in one of her items - in my mouth while eating my ORANGE TWIST - most frightening. I made sure they were aware of that.

From the moment we walked in and were handed a glass of prosecco, it was clear this would be something different. There was an intentionality to everything--the pacing, the ambiance, the way each course was introduced. It didn't feel transactional. It felt ceremonial. Each of the six courses represented a different European destination (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Greece), and what made it extraordinary wasn't just the quality of the food--which was exceptional--but the way the environment transformed alongside it. Lighting, visuals, sound, and narration worked together in a way that made every dish feel contextual and meaningful, rather than simply plated. Every part of this immersive experience contained instruments working in harmony to amplify the meaning of each course. The courses were beautifully composed and balanced. Nothing felt excessive or forced. Each plate served a purpose in the broader narrative, and each wine or cocktail pairing elevated the dish rather than competing with it. What stood out most, though, was how present it made you feel. In a world where most dinners blur together, this one didn't. Time slowed down. You became immersed. Fully engaged. The service was impeccable--attentive, warm, and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling rehearsed or overbearing. You felt guided, not served. Tommy (the owner/proprietor) and his staff were unquestionably five-stars. By the end, you remembered how it felt to be transported somewhere else without ever boarding a plane. It's worth every moment.
