He ordered the shingles and had his crew complete the full roof replacement in a day, only 1 week after our contacting them for an estimate. They went back and forth to their truck several time and each time they removed the booties at my door then put them back in when they re-entered, I very much appreciated them doing this as I do not wear outside shoes in my home. Before they even took official measurements, we discovered major electrical issues in our home that were so dangerous they nearly caused a house fire at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night -- June 30th. Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. I do not recommend this company to anyone -- especially military families who expect honesty and understanding during hard times. We invited him back in and proceeded to make the purchase. The crew led by Mikey, Ivan and Arrow arrived on time. We've had vendors just take the money and not follow through in the past, so my husband was very nervous about the payment situation. We were definitely acting paranoid and annoying about it, but Butch worked with us and sent us the window order just a couple days after payment to help ease our fears, and I really appreciated it. CRT replaced the glass in one window. They measured wrong and we ended up with a boarded window…read moreuntil they could come back out. The communication through the whole thing was awful. They had to send someone out to check the window on a 3rd trip and he suggested that they fix the screen in our screen door. Another big mistake. We are not regularly there and he said they could hold it until we were back. I got a call saying it was ready. I called the day before we were going to pick it up to confirm it was ready. The next day when we go for pick up, they say they can't find the door (have lost it!) and they will need to come out and measure for a new door! Outrageous. I would never use them again for anything. Everything is poor about CRT.

The window was measured and left with exposed glass and glass on the floor. I had communicated that my concern was for liability of guests, first and foremost. The crew who measured left glass on the floor and the interior window uncovered. Only the majority of the shattered tempered glass was removed with a very raw edge and glass particles on the floor. My guest reported getting cut on a glass shard on the floor, even after they returned 3 days after measuring. Very poor attention to detail and instructions. Then less than 24 hours after invoicing for final payment (after half down at initiation of project) they hounded me by phone and text for final payment, which had been sent from my online bank. TERRIBLE customer service, I would highly discourage others from using their services. I was initially told the window would be replaced within days, then it became a week. I was not advised until I prompted by text that they were coming to replace the glass. I had to have a property manager there to supervise the installation and clean up because of my lack of confidence in prior work. Beware.
