If the company can not keep the initiation appointment imagine what would happen if I hired them, I guess I will be chasing them to finish the Job. I called to complain but the lady who answered the phone said she is just answering the phone, and she cannot do anything except apologizing. The Number I called is 252 297 8900 I was scheduled for free estimates today at 9.30 AM with Tech Brandon R. then I got a text he will be coming at 10 AM then at around 10 AM he called and made a lame excuse that he went to the wrong address, and he is about an hour away from me, and it will take him an hour to get to my place. I asked what time he would come he said around 1PM so one hour turned to be 3 hours. Then he said he will give me an estimate without seeing my project and why I am not so happy it is free estimates.

Rodney gave us the best bid of the contractors we considered, and his outstanding reviews from previous customers gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Rodney and his helper completely transformed our bathroom in just three days, creating a beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art walk-in shower. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and the entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. While he was here, I also asked Rodney to replace the toilets in both of our bathrooms with chair-height, elongated Kohler toilets and install new sink faucets with pop-up drains. Those improvements made a remarkable difference in the appearance and functionality of both bathrooms. We could not be happier with the results. Rodney was dependable, professional, skilled, and easy to work with--and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and Rodney McKinney without hesitation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation or other kitchen or bath project, I highly recommend giving Rodney a call. You will be in very good hands!

The damage ruined the ceramic tile in the second- floor bathroom as well as the vanity and carpet. The first-floor bedroom, carpet ceiling, furniture, King size bed was also ruined. I called American Reliable Insurance first, then called Phoenix Restoration. Rick from Phoenix arrived within an hour and begin the remediation. This required putting in about 3 large humidifiers and pulling up the carpet. They also moved the furniture out and removed the drywall from the ceiling. I was happy to let Phoenix put a lock box on the house and begin work. American sent Jeff Finch the adjustor from White Insurance Adjustors, and he worked with Melinda Tomisser at American Adjustors to put together the claim. Pat Broom, who heads up Phoenix Restoration also came to the site. Pat, Rick and Stacy took charge and managed the entire process from beginning to end. We are currently in litigation with this builder. They built our Rodanthe house on a foot lower…read morethan contracted and below flood level. We even have proof that the owner was aware mid-way through the building process, yet said nothing until just days prior to our move-in date. At that time, the owner tried to minimize the severity by saying that flood requirements would soon be lowered. BALONEY! To him, it didn't matter that the contract wasn't followed! We've been hit by hurricanes where a foot higher would've made a HUGE difference! Now, the owner even refuses to fix our punch list items. I'm now told it's illegal to refuse to fix punch list items because of an un-related dispute. Now, we're left to deal with these items on our own. We would NOT recommend this builder to our worst enemy! We have dealt with many builders over the years and have never had a more horrible experience. Our dreamhouse is now mired in litigation because of this builder's refusal to address his mistake.
