Built our forever home in November 2022 and work with Sparkle on picking out all of our flooring…read morewhich we love. The problem is Interiors "subcontractors" who installed the LVP flooring. With it being close to a year since our house build be started having issues with the flooring coming up. Our contractor called Sparkle to have them come out and take a look at the flooring, but she never returned calls. Unfortunately, we've had to have 2 other contractors come out and "patch" the flooring in the problem areas and now my floor that I once loved looks like crap. I guess this goes to show you get what you pay for.

They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.

We recently had a leak in our second-floor bathroom, at our Duck N.C. Beach home, that collapsed…read morethe ceiling in the first-floor bedroom. The damage ruined the ceramic tile in the second- floor bathroom as well as the vanity and carpet. The first-floor bedroom, carpet ceiling, furniture, King size bed was also ruined. I called American Reliable Insurance first, then called Phoenix Restoration. Rick from Phoenix arrived within an hour and begin the remediation. This required putting in about 3 large humidifiers and pulling up the carpet. They also moved the furniture out and removed the drywall from the ceiling. I was happy to let Phoenix put a lock box on the house and begin work. American sent Jeff Finch the adjustor from White Insurance Adjustors, and he worked with Melinda Tomisser at American Adjustors to put together the claim. Pat Broom, who heads up Phoenix Restoration also came to the site. Pat, Rick and Stacy took charge and managed the entire process from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about the quality of these three companies, and the professional manner, in which they handled this situation. Leon Frazier
