They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.

After my initial inquiry, Nick came by the next day, took the measurements and with 24 hours I had an estimate. After I finalized my material color selection I had the work scheduled. The day of the work the crew arrived one half hour EARLY (when does ANY contractor show up early?). The three man crew led by Steve with Ronnie and Keith worked with great diligence, and were done by 4pm. The overall finish of my new flooring is excellent, the amount of custom cutting for molding and transitions due to the layout of my home was first class, the place was cleaned up with no debris, the whole thing was just great. In all my years as a home owner, I've never seen anything like. I have additional flooring work to complete, and no doubt I'm having Dominion come back to do it. Highly recommend.

When it came to install time, the problems I predicted became my problems because they wouldn't look at the job in advance. Chris quotes the contract stating that up-charges will occur for unforeseen circumstances. It's not unforeseen when I told you about it, showed you a picture, and ask you to come look. And despite what they tell you, they don't employ installers. They use the same independent contractors you would hire. The quarter round was garbage. Much of if unusable. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

With it being close to a year since our house build be started having issues with the flooring coming up. Our contractor called Sparkle to have them come out and take a look at the flooring, but she never returned calls. Unfortunately, we've had to have 2 other contractors come out and "patch" the flooring in the problem areas and now my floor that I once loved looks like crap. I would not let them do any work for you and please check around because better services. They are quick to give the estimate and bill but will not stand behind services because can't do the work!!
