I researched and…read moregathered recommendations for good roofing companies to research for several years before contracting Coastal Roofing and Siding because I wanted the best shingle system in the industry with the best warranty. On my 6K+ sq ft home, I had them replace the entire roof, fix an on-going issue with a chimney, replace four areas of siding on the second floor (and correct flashing issues found), replace all gutters and down spouts with larger, and install stainless gutter guards. As far as price, I paid about what the other companies quoted me for just the roof replacement to install an inferior roof system, WITHOUT ALL THE OTHER WORK! They performed OUTSTANDING WORK from start to finish. Note: All roofing companies can experience weather delays (unless you want your roof off during a rain storm), so establish a direct line of communication with them and they will keep you informed as to when they will be there.
