They had to send someone out to check the window on a 3rd trip and he suggested that they fix the screen in our screen door. Another big mistake. We are not regularly there and he said they could hold it until we were back. I got a call saying it was ready. I called the day before we were going to pick it up to confirm it was ready. The next day when we go for pick up, they say they can't find the door (have lost it!) and they will need to come out and measure for a new door! Outrageous. I would never use them again for anything. Everything is poor about CRT.

The window was measured and left with exposed glass and glass on the floor. I had communicated that my concern was for liability of guests, first and foremost. The crew who measured left glass on the floor and the interior window uncovered. Only the majority of the shattered tempered glass was removed with a very raw edge and glass particles on the floor. My guest reported getting cut on a glass shard on the floor, even after they returned 3 days after measuring. Very poor attention to detail and instructions. Then less than 24 hours after invoicing for final payment (after half down at initiation of project) they hounded me by phone and text for final payment, which had been sent from my online bank. TERRIBLE customer service, I would highly discourage others from using their services. I was initially told the window would be replaced within days, then it became a week. I was not advised until I prompted by text that they were coming to replace the glass. I had to have a property manager there to supervise the installation and clean up because of my lack of confidence in prior work. Beware.

We called around in Hampton, landed with Patrick's Glass, who didn't "have the time to come out and look." So, we took down what we knew to write, the broken part and brought it to the shop. The shop person had a part on his desk that looked very much like the part we needed but explained that they would need to come out to look at the issue. "We don't have the time to come out." He referred us to a handyman he knew; whom we called who did come out. Carter Britton, the person, came out and never followed up. We called him multiple times, either no answer or ignored. Now, a year plus later, the window issue is not resolved, and it is getting cold. We need this window to work, and it looks like we need it replaced. We will not entertain the idea of Patrick's Glass any longer for the disappointing experience with his business. We can't even get a ballpark figure for the repair or replacement, as it requires someone to inspect and do the work. We are still looking and again starting fresh. No recommendation for this business, we are not recommending the business and sure will never call them again.

Although we took a huge chunk of the remaining table top the one they made was about 1/4 inch too thick and 1/4 not wide enough. It's not the same fit and so I have issues putting the same items on top. They were nice and fast but, it's not the same and it's disappointing bc we took a 6x8 or so size with both width and height as well as depth for accuracy.

We used them (via our contractor) to install the glass walls and door for a new master shower. We've had to call them back out at least THREE times to address leaks. Either their installers were in a rush, truly had no idea what they're doing, or don't care- or perhaps a combo of the three. Either way, I'd suggest not working with them.
