The lady who did my nails was super nice and helped me pick out a matching color for my nails. The pedicure was also very relaxing and the perfect way to end a long work day. She also took great care to make sure my nails were nice and prepped before putting on the color, and cleaned my nails very gently. They also had a wall of colors to pick from! They were very unprofessional when I questioned why the total of my service came to $90 when I booked a service costing $70. I booked an " Acrylic Full Set with unlimited designs " and I was told the end result was " The Nudes with Nail Art overlay ". . I received pink acrylic powder with 4 total nails that have gold foil and silver flakes, which was in the description for what I booked. When I later contacted the owner by text she tried to tell me that the pink acrylic powder is considered a nude. Is pink acrylic not apart of an ACRYLIC full set? She also claimed that I was shown a key ring full of colors, which I wasn't. I was only shown the pink acrylic powder jar. I also told the nail tech that I booked " Acrylic Full set with unlimited designs " so she was aware of what I booked. . I wouldn't have chosen the first color that she showed me if that was to be considered "nude" and I would've then been charged an additional $20. . . I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given. I will NEVER AGAIN book with this business or send referrals.

This place was busy as soon as they opened at 10 AM. A woman came in as I was getting my nails done expecting her usual person to be available without an appointment.
