That appointment was for today, 5/19/2025 at 12:30. It is now 2:00 and no one has shown up. I've called the office twice, went to voice mail each time, left name and number - no response. Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.

Over the last six years, the tint on my Wrangler did not fade, wear, or deteriorate at all. Fast-forward to this month and I had to go back to five star to get a new window tinted on my driver's door after having my car broken into. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.

They have a change machine that takes up to $20 bill, Laundry soap/softener vending as well as snack & soda machines, color TV, uni sex public restroom. Tables for folding and wheeled baskets for laundry use. Fire extinguisher in back behind soda machine. It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

OEM Glass Promised, Third-Party Offered Last Minute - Major Inconvenience!…read more Scheduled windshield replacement for OEM glass on my luxury vehicle for today (May 17th) at the Raleigh location (3070 Business Park Dr Ste 114) was suddenly changed today. Was told the OEM glass didn't arrive last minute yesterday evening and was offered a third-party alternative instead. This is unacceptable! I specifically chose Safelite for OEM glass due to concerns about compatibility with my smart electronic vehicle technology and potential warranty issues. The last-minute notification is causing significant inconvenience, forcing me to miss work and lose income because I can't drive with a cracked windshield. Safelite failed to have the correct part as scheduled and informed me at the last minute. This is unprofessional and causing me considerable stress. Resolution Demanded: Install the third-party windshield tomorrow at NO COST. Provide a GUARANTEED appointment for PROMPT OEM replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST due to Safelite's error. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and beyond that. Current experience: Highly dissatisfied and inconvenienced.

So after a bit of research we chose CarFix. Glad we did! We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. What killed it for me was the estimate. First, it was WAY more expensive than I thought. But I could have dealt with that had they just broken down the bill for me: parts, labor, recycling fees, taxes. You know, the same way every other shop does it. But when I asked for this, all I got was, "Out system doesn't do that." Dead end. So I went where I could get more transparency.
