I have tried their popcorn at other location and had no idea it originates in Chicago until Yelp Elite friend Terry K had informed me so here we are though not the original location as they do have many scattered around Chicago making it so easy to find. I hesitated at first thinking that it wouldn't stay fresh once I return home but if you get your popcorn in the tin it will last up to 14 days is what the staff says so I did exactly that and got a small bag for myself to enjoy now and that doesn't last too long which they were absolutely right about that as by the end of the night it started getting stale especially the CheeseCorn but the Caramel Crisp stayed just that as probably the caramel coating kept it crisp longer. There is a huge price difference between the bag and tin though I did get the tin since it had all the beautiful Chicago logo and of course is reuse-able as well. One tine was just CheeseCorn while the other was a Garrett Mix which is both CheeseCorn and Caramel Crisp and as it was so swiftly put together as the staff works extremely fast they don't label it so before I realized I didn't know which one is which since I got the same tin color so just a warning if you get multiple tins with different flavors to ask or just get a different color...also check the seal mine was rushed so hastily that it wasn't fully heat sealed and went back to get it redone or my $13.50 tin be stale in just a few hours. I was waiting for the person in front of me to clear out as the woman at the register yelled out, "ELEVEN SIXTY NINE." I was really confused as I hadn't even reached the register yet, so in response, she yelled with more annoyance, "ELEVEN SIXTY NINE." Allllrighty then. I paid my $11.69 and was on my way. At the airport a few hours later, I decided to take my first bites and somehow all three popcorn types were completely stale. I genuinely cannot figure out how that's even possible given how busy this location is, unless the popcorn was stored improperly overnight? I hope they will apply some better quality control in the future, but I'm sad to have wasted $11.69 on stale popcorn.
