It has about the same anime selection that the Fox Valley store has (which is nowhere near as good as the Yorktown store). There seems to be less variety in the Sanrio/cute stuff, too. I think, overall, this store feels smaller than the others. Also, there's a woman who works here that tends to glare at people sometimes. I think she suspects everyone of stealing or something. Which, I'm sure, she sees a lot of in a store like this... but it doesn't really make for a comfortable shopping experience for the honest folks like me! Still, I love Too Cool and shop in one of their locations whenever I get the chance to. It's a very awesome store.

They usually have the summer packages and season's greetings as well. There's also posters, fans, stationary, etc. From my visits so far, I purchased Seventeen's Season's Greetings, Astro's "All Light," and Seventeen's "Boys Be." All of their albums are in great condition, and they usually have more in the back. And if it's a newer album, it usually comes with a free poster! If you're a kpop fan, definitely visit this store! They also have a lot of anime stuff and kawaii products. :)

This is probably why they keep the boxes behind the counter so you can tell if it's fake. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. They had such a huge selection of puzzles and there were other toys as well but I didn't really care about them myself. I spent some time looking through most of the puzzles they had and found quite a few that I would love to have. While I was checking out the puzzles the gentleman working the store came up to tell me that the sale on the. puzzles didn't start till the next day but they had put all the signage out earlier that day. I found this kind of sad as there were quite a few people in the store clearly shopping the puzzles and looking to buy some for the buy one get one for 50% off. As I was trying to not buy anything for myself really this trip I may not make it back during the sale but this is one of the few stores in the mall that I could probably enjoy shopping at. The only downside was putting signage out early which is misleading to the customers and the gentleman himself was a bit gruff. Not really the type that I expect to find in a toy store.
