That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased. If you need pool service, get your name on their waiting list and say your prayers. If you are lucky, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Anything that was wrong with the pool they would always blame us as if we were the ones cleaning and make us feel we were poor pool owners but they will fix with additional cost. As well knowledge of the app was very disappointing. I absolutely would not recommend and would say you're better off doing it yourself then deal with this headache. Update- Im no longer customer and 100% dealt with Johan. One of the worst experience ever dealing with him. I even followed up with the pool equipment company and everything Johan told me was pretty much wrong. He never takes responsibility and I find his knowledge of pools extremely poor to be in this business.

My experience is that this company is about up charging as they go and try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor & on the other side cost cutting on construction. Lack of experience and deception trying to put blame on you instead of realizing they should explain clearly the issue. Several times when he disputed, I have most of this on video! Each time I showed him, he found something else to try and blame me for. Apparently this is a pattern, in summary, lack of construction experience, cost cutting and uncharging while putting the blame on customer saying if I did something, I lose my warranty, BEFORE construction completed. Most of this is on video! The pool in the end, would be considered ok by other pool vendors I brought in to inspect, It's only a few months old, so we'll see, but the experience was horrific. He needs some lessons in humility and accountability when he is caught, not everyone is stupid and can get wool pulled over eyes. I do hope he turns this behavior around, because I did see sparks of goodness. Amendment: 1. Appears owner is accusing negative reviewers are being fake when it's obvious the timing of the positive reviews came right after these negative reviews. 2. I did ask for changes as the owner states, which I immediately offered to pay for, However, the owner made cost reduction changes reducing deck size over 300sq ft without consulting with me. Turns out the changes I was paying for were 3x actual as well and measurements were way off. For the the changes the owner made, when called on it, got his back up and said "I don't like your attitude" and tried charging me for things we agreed on before construction started! Other thing, I realized to late was he never took elevation measurements which should be standard process, another item that wound up costing me money. He hauled off several trucks full of dirt, but wanted to charge me to bring it back.. saying, thats part of the landscaping cost. if he planned the elevation, it wouldn't cost me an additional 8 yards of dirt to fill holes under the decking he left off. I did many quotes before deciding on a vendor, each did elevations and each included "back fill" in the cost. because its dirt from the hole they dig from the pool. 3. Drawings: were they a sketch or architectural drawing? If they are architectural, the measurements would be correctly listed and able to corroborate, however, owner refused to update the drawing after promising he would. But when it came to arguing his point, he said it was a sketch.... so what is it sketch or architectural drawing? On the final day the owner started shouting at me when I asked him to provide. Scared the shit out of me and my son! 4. We made agreement 3x to resolve these discrepencies , and each time, when it came time to proceed or something else got done, the owner changed his mind on that agreement and wrote a whole new contract with a gag order. If resolved professionally, owner wouldn't need gag order. I obviously didn't sign it because I knew he would not stop changing things! 5. At the end of the day, the truth is I signed the closeout because I was sick and tired of hearing his lies and deception Screaming in front of many people. Agressive behavior is on video recordings.... On 2 occasions I asked him to leave the property because he was getting too heated, Owner would not leave the house after me asking several times. He attacked an HOA fence contractor trying to get him to turn on me when he had nothing to do with anything! ON VIDEO!!!! HE did the same with the HOA office screaming at them as well, 4+ times in the office ranting and raving. And by the way, he has my phone number blocked right after I sent him copies of some of the videos and hasn't answered any txt messages since! if he wants direct communication, he should allow it. IF owner wanted this review NOT to happen, he would have made good on agreement covering uncommunicated short sidedness in planning and communicating changes made by the owner.

Our pool was fixed a day early! He is comfortable working with whatever level of involvement you have with your pool. In our case, my father in law designs pools and has been teaching us a lot... So we aren't in need of regular outside maintenance. Alan is great! Not out to just make a $buck... But wants you to have a great looking and working pool!

Whether doing business as the now defunct Allegiant Pools, the newly minted Allegiant Construction and Design, Reel Cocky Fishing Apparel or any other names or ventures they rename or rebrand to, they will take your money. They will blame COVID. Go back and look. These complaints started prior to that. They will blame deaths which legal investigators found they were on a family vacation, not a funeral. They will take your money, promise promise promise but never deliver. They come in with their fancy software and nice looking stuff but after they have your money, they stop calling halfway through the project. They will come have a "face-to-face" meeting and lie straight to your face. They will NOT make your backyard better and if you actually do your homework, you'll find most "good reviews" are friends or family and not actual clients. They will provide "receipts" then say they haven't paid for your stuff yet. They say they left the security deposit with the HOA then the HOA says they've never heard of them. They literally can't keep up with their lies and who they've told what, yet it's all in writing and when they're caught, it's a new excuse. And if ALL of that is not enough to dissuade you: go Google "Allegiant Pools" or "Anthony Salazar" and look at the court cases where people are suing them for falling pool walls, failure to pay vendors and obviously the homes and families suing over failure to complete promised work. They will take your money and all that will ever actually get delivered is excuses. Stay away....at all costs before it costs you! Because now they're will be one more lawsuit, but a criminal lawsuit since they're proud to brag "we've filed bankruptcy so a civil suit will get you no money." Which, also makes you laugh because they company is dissolved and they're still concerned about reviews. So much so they will give you empty promise after empty promise they'll complete the work, then never call or text back for weeks at a time! No lights in the pool, no heater, no finished deck, no fence around our AC units, no pergolas, no tanning ledge chairs, no drains covered, skimmer not working .....the list goes on, and on, and on, and on....... Day 231 of the "42 day project!"

Sean comes in on Sunday evening and quotes $250 for fixing algae, $150 for cleaning filter and $100 for fixing the air bubbles in jets. The total came around $540 taxes included. The money was paid upfront. The service was scheduled for Tuesday at 11 am. My parents volunteered to be at home and nobody shows up all day. I came back in the evening and call Sean and asked him to return the money as no services were offered. Sean said he will offer me a free month and will come in early morning next day. Second day the pool maintenance guys show up when I am not at home and supposedly did some work (according to my parents who volunteered to keep an eye). When I returned in the evening the water level was 6" down. I called Sean and said that the pumps are not working, the water quality is bad and level is dropping and when asked to start or demonstrate the pool pump, he said that it will start later and left. Sean said he will show up early morning of the next day. Third day, Sean shows up when I am not at home but my father was again available. Sean says that the motor is burnt up and will cost another $500 plus for replacement. The pool pump was working great throughout before the service started and even during the service. My father said that the maintenance guy screwed it up. How is this great service? When components failed during their service and we were not even using the pool. I asked Sean to return the payment in part as he couldn't demonstrate the algae removal and the water jet bubbling fix. Sean rejected and didn't care to talk further or give any suggestions. 5/30 - After reading my reviews, Sean texted me saying he wants to either fix the problem for free or return about half the service amount. I asked him to fix the problem. He said he ordered parts and will come on 5/28. Sean doesn't show up or call on 5/28 or 5/29 or 5/30. I texted him back asking him to return the money on 5/30. He replied asking me to remove the reviews. Sean later called me in the evening and used 'F word' and said that I am not going to get my money back. This guy doesn't show up on time and doesn't do the work properly and now he is mocking and using bad words. I am going to post pictures of his texts. This is a phony organization with fake reviews. I can't even find it on BBB to file a complaint. Whata pool made me Whata fool. I am looking at filing a small claims suit for the damages.

CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.
