We recently had to replace to cover - which is common - they have about a 5 year life. They ordered it for us, we picked it up and put it on ourselves. So far it's just as good as the first one. The reason for 4 stars no 5? They can be a bit standoffish and unfriendly and know it alls. You may stand around for a while trying to get someone to wait on you. Also as a woman - they've treated me like I don't know what I'm talking about. So - good products, could have better service.

He subsequently blew off TWO following appointments without calling to let me know why or when he would actually be back to install the heater I paid for. So on top of everything else this cost me, I lost two days pay waiting at home for him for no good reason. He surely could have picked up the phone to release me from this unnecessary waiting game but chose to leave me hanging interminably instead. All this time I had space heaters on my tub, hoping it did not freeze up which would destroy it. When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store. Charlie the owner of the store, who had previously told me that he had personally trained the technician to work for him, told me that he was not responsible for what I was charged and it was none of his business! Really? So, even though the tech was trained at the store, and sent to me by the store, they claim to be...not responsible? That about sums it up. Avoid!

A little honesty here: I have a black thumb (uhhum, I kill plants, and know nothing about them) but…read moreI'm trying to learn quickly and I went in with the attitude of "I know nothing and need to find someone to help me." Also knowing that I was going to spend a few hundred dollars on shrubs, plants and other items I was expecting to talk to somebody knowledgeable. After asking a couple people I was guided to a woman named Annette. She works outside in the perennials, shrubs and tree section and boy was she great to work with. I asked her a lot of (dumb) questions and showed her a picture of what I'm working with and she was able to recommend various ideas. There was another woman who was very helpful, dark hair and younger but her name slips my mind... Maybe Renee? Yeah, she was awesome too! As noted before in other reviews, they are expensive but the quality of the plants as well as the warranty are great. I have a first responder in the family so I was able to get the garden club for free which extends the warranty even further. ($20/yr) Because they opened in early May when I went on the 10th, they were out a lot. Annette said call back to check on stock, which I plan to do. Will be back! (I'll post some pictures in a couple days when it's sunny out again of a before and after.)
