Then I placed an order for the correct caps and they sent me 20 but they looked USED! They were all scuffed up and had black marks all over the "brand new caps". I emailed recwarehouse....no resonse. i went through their website and tried to contact they via their customer form. NOTHING!!!!!!! My advice....stay away!!!!!!!!!! I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.

My friend wanted to spend her birthday at a bath house. We've tried Jeju and SpaLand before, but wanted to try something different. There were a total of 4 of us. Roman Holiday Sauna is in that Red Green Brazilian Steakhouse shopping center all the way to the right corner. When we got there, it was completely empty except for the people that was working there. They gave us 4 a quick tour and we started out on the lower floor where the saunas, lockers, and restaurant are. For those of you that have a hard time going up and down the stairs, their elevator is currently not working. When we got there, guess what? There were no baths! We did read about this on the reviews, but when we called prior to our visit, they claimed that there were baths. Nope...it wasn't even built for a bath. We had all purchased the body polish and they said that we can just eat first, steam and then do the polish. They wanted us to wait an hour. We said okay. Went to the "restaurant" and they claimed that their menu wasn't printed nor was the tv working where the menu was. So we had to try to figure out what their "handwriting" menu was. 2 out of us 4 ordered soup. Foods took awhile b/c it was just one lady cooking and it seems like they weren't really prepared....they literally said that they don't have 70% of the items from the "menu" because they haven't went grocery shopping (more like because they don't have enough customers). While waiting, they left the door open to the outside part behind us. Their employees kept on coming and going and the cigarette smell was getting stronger and stronger. I tried to go to the door to close it, but they kept it propped open and I can see where all the employees were back there smoking. Foods arrived...it was good. Since it took them awhile to cook (more than 30 mins), the body polish ladies kept on coming to us asking if we're ready yet. We told them that we literally just got our foods, they told us to be here for at least an our, and we wanted all 4 of us to be polished at the same time. Before I proceed, we did asked the front desk lady if there's enough staff to do the massages and body polish at the same time...she kept on trying to convince us to get the $160 package. We said that we will only get it if we can go at the same time...she kept on saying yes. Finished our foods, went to the polish area and they said to go wash our bodies first and go steam. We did all of that. OHHH! Before I forget, we all used the restrooms prior to this and the ladies that were working there did too. They were using it for awhile and when they came out of their stalls, not a single one of them WASHED THEIR HANDS!!! We're thinking to ourselves, these will be the same hands touching us, but we tried to think positively that at least they will wash it prior to polishing us. Here's where it all went down...if you're still following along...after the steaming room and they called us all out that they're ready, they only prepared 3 out of the 4 beds...we're like okayyyy. I told them that I'll just go lay on the infrared floor and wait, hence, the body polish is 90 minutes. It is what it is and we were all planning to be there all day anyways. After they rushed through one of my sisters, they told her to go ahead and go upstairs for her foot massage. She repeatedly told them that she's waiting for us. I'm still laying there on the darn hard floor rotating front and back waiting for them to call me. Next thing I heard was my sister coming back from the locker room asking them why did they started on someone else and not ME?!?! I lifted my head up and saw that they completely skipped me EVEN THOUGH I WAITED 90 MINUTES!!! What the F*CK?!?! One of the ladies there tried to lied to my sister and said that that lady was waiting for a long time already and was been there. Sis said, "No...there was nobody here before us. You knew my sister had been waiting, but you still proceeded to take someone else". They said they had a system going and my sister didn't understand. That's what got me riling up. The front desk lady (not sure if she's the mgr or what not) came downstairs and tried to talk too....the moment the staff said my sister didn't understand, I said, "forget it...I'm cancelling b/c I'm not waiting another 90 mins and you can just refund me". They tried to say, it'll be another 10 mins. Why? So that they can rush through my 2nd sister and friend? Went upstairs and got my refund and the desk lady kept on apologizing that they're short staff and didn't know until "yesterday". I told her that was not the point. I didn't mind the wait b/c I was already waiting, but to have someone skip right in front of me after I PATIENTLY waited and then to try to gaslight my sister? This place needs a newer review so here it goes for newbies like me…read more I went on a Sunday evening. It was not packed and quite chill atmosphere. I appreciated that this was not a popular time as I have never been here before. After you check in, leaving either your ID or credit card for your locker key, you get a towel and directed to where everything is. You can get more towels if you need them. Let me get this out of the way... This isn't the place for the shy. No street clothes or underwear or shower sandals in the spa area. Yes. Your barefeet on the floor. I had to suck it up and deal. It's really a non issue. You can wash your feet all you want after you get home. The towels are long enough to wrap around as you traverse the different zones and you don't have to unwrap yourself in the spa areas but some guys will be so do not be surprised. If you're reading this, you should know what a male body looks like. Anyway of this writing, Feb 2017, some of the shower areas are not working. I was told they are going to do renovation so hopefully that comes together soon. There's two other shower rooms with steam rooms adjacent. The shower and steam room by the lockers gets hotter than the one on the back. These are also tight spaces so you may not be able to "man spread" as much as you like if there a lot of guys in there. I'd say maybe 5 people can fit in the front steam room, if that. The showers are communal and minimal. Really hot water too. They have soap you can use. You may want to bring some deodorant if you plan on doing other things after you leave here however. I started in the charcoal room which was pretty nice. I liked the salt room with the two deep clay ball pits best. It got really hot and I was able to get a good sweat there. The other ball room was nice too but not as hot, not a bad thing if you get over heated easily. But that's OK too because I think the hidden gem here is the cold room. It isn't humid and it feels really good to dry off in a cold room. The other room, I don't recall the name but the one next to the cold room with the double doors was spacious and warm with plenty of spaces to sit. There are recliners to watch a large TV and free cold water from a dispenser. You'll want to rehydrate with the sweating. Heated floors are throughout so you'll always be comfortable. I enjoyed my peaceful few hours here. It was very relaxing and a good escape. As mentioned before, the place is clean and there were no bad smells. It definitely smelled better than the popular west costal branded fitness chain suanas and steam rooms. So from the older reviews I'd say they are improving things here. This place is no frills as far as what they offer compared to the other Korean spas in the area but I thought the low amount of customers during my visit, feeling comfortable around the clientle, offsets the price and no pool. It was all positive. So if you want to really chill out and relax, go on Sunday evenings. 5 Starring to balance out the negative reviews.

Hilltop seems to be a responsible company and the owner takes ownership of their projects…read more Communication and due diligence need improvement. We still need to complete landscaping before we can close our permit. At this point, if you are assessing Hilltop, I think it's safe to consider them. Write down the names and contacts that the people you are dealing with. It gets confusing over time. For example our Project Manager sent us some initial kick off emails and answered a few questions but after that we are dealing with different people to resolve our issues. The Project Manager was not part of our issue resolution. Some of the people we dealt with early on in the process e.g. permitting you will ended up dealing with them again, later part of the process. 8/8 Update: Salt Cell installed. Hilltop sent someone in pretty quick (same day) after we reported the issue. They also sent another trainer few days later per our request to show us the salt cell operations and cleaned out our filter (pretty dirty from the additional pavers work that had to be done). Failed Electrical because fence repair was not done (no one told us that this has to be done before scheduling electrical inspection). Hilltop took responsibility and resent inspector few days after we had fence work done. Passed inspection once the fence was done. 7/29 Update: We were told we are ready for Pool School so we scheduled it. Turn out there was no salt cell installed. This was not communicated to us ahead of time until the Pool Technician is at our house. Frustrating nevertheless. 6/28 Update: Hilltop sent Pavers subcontractor back a couple of times to repair our pavers. Work was completed to our satisfaction. The time loss of course is not recoverable but our priority is quality. ----- Before 6/28 - The design team did a good job working with us meeting our impervious restriction. I am appreciative of that. The installation of our in ground pool started on March 11th. Payments have been made in full but project is still not done as of today, July 8th. Pavers were installed beautifully the first time but we were told that they had to be removed for bonding inspection. Pavers redo has been a nightmare. Unleveled pavers, sharp and broken edges, poor quality overall. We expected better from Hilltop. We reported the issues to the company and were told they will redo pavers and get this right. Came home from vacation, expecting a nice rework. Unfortunately, we were once again disappointed because they were not redone at all - even though we were told it was while we were away. Due diligence and communication have been poor. Today, we once again reported the issues to the owner of the company and project supervisor. I will update review and let you know if the company follow through with a redo and takes care of things like the owner said they would the last time.
