The install manager blocked my driveway while my family was trying to leave, then refused to move/back out so we could get out. When I insisted they clear the driveway, they canceled the install and walked off the job. Great company and leadership on the sales side -- but the install/service side is a major problem. If you buy here, make sure you get clear accountability on who is responsible for installation behavior, escalation, and completion, because that part was unacceptable.

Working with our scheduling coordinator, Danielle Dobbins was easy, fun and personable. She made sure, along with Jared, that we had our pool completed and up and running in the time they promised. When I was in getting my test two older gentlemen came in. For one he produced an obviously very loved tester bottle the guy had left behind with no prompting. For the other he already had a requested item waiting and was aware of two discounts the customer was eligible for, one being military, which I didn't know about. Very cool. Every time I see Andrew he is up to something, working hard, while still being congenial and quick to answer questions and offer pertinent information.
