The manager Shane helped me with picking out a hot tub that fit my needs. I asked lots of questions as I would with any big ticket purchase. He didn't seem to like that but tried to answer all my questions. Once I decided on my hot tub he proceeded to write up my purchase order. As he was writing it up I noticed a few discrepancies. He started to get mad because I started to question him. He told me one thing as I was deciding on my hot tub and wrote a purchase order for another. He was very upset because I caught him in several lies. He was so mad he asked me to leave. I WOULD NOT recommend buying anything from this place. He's a swindler and a cheat.

During that period the sales office even followed up with us on if we were ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth. Hot tub ran flawlessly. We had one issue where a plug went bad randomly. In…read moreaddition, my CYA levels are constantly 40-50 higher tested here than at other Leslie stores. The kicker though, is that the employee told me my pool was dangerous and I was going to kill my kids and dog by keeping it at 15 ppm FC with a 115-135 CYA level, and telling me it had to be between 1-4 ppm. I even calmly suggested that many sources/research say that I needed to keep it above 8 ppm or I'd get algae. But to no avail, I was sternly rebuffed that she had never heard of that, and that I needed to buy a product to reduce my chlorine! In any case, please review your policies asssociated with chlorine levels and high stabilizer values. Also please don't allow your employees to tell customers they are going to kill their pets and kids when they have no idea what they are talking about.

I said it might take a few minutes for my wife to locate it.... she's half way thru the house when he says, oh I found it. He tells me which pillows I bought with the spa. I ask him if I can order them thru him, because they're not showing up on their website. He said, no, I can't sell them to you. I ask if there's anyone in corporate that can sell them to me. He says, no! Tells me I either need to go to the local store and order thru them, or order them on line! I tell him that I have all the part numbers, but they don't show up! So I call the local store back ask dizzy girl if they have a coupon for online ordering! She says, no, I only have a coupon for in store purchases! I ask her, can I come in and order the pillows from her and get the coupon because my order is now over $500. Are you ready for this??? She says, she can't order pillows from the store! DO NOT BUY FROM BULLFROG SPAS! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
