They closed my pool, and ripped my liner. I noticed the water looked really low, but thought maybe that was normal. Well they put on the cover poorly, so the cover blew off within days to reveal a big cut in the liner. I reached out about the problem to see if it could be repaired, there were no apologies and no repair. Just sent me information to hire a diver. Very disappointed and will not use again. read more

I decided to build a new pool over 10 years ago to replace an existing out of date one, Larry worked with me closely as the project was very challenging as I live no Dunewood Drive in Bridgman, MI in the dunes which have many challenges with building and especially building a pool, including having to wheel barrel cement to the pool site, no easy feat! New Construction Pool! Our family is so pleased and excited for our new pool! We worked with Larry at Pool Tech and now have a great family and friend focal point as our backyard oasis! Larry and his team were extremely professional throughout the entire process - from the first escalator bucket to the first plunge in the pool - done in under three weeks! We even had a couple of days of weather. I feel very smart that I found Larry and PoolTech, because I am quite dumb when it comes to pools. My family and i have zero experience cleaning/maintaining a pool, and once we hired Larry--all of our worries went to the wayside. Larry is MONEY-- he shows up exactly when he says he will, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the pool is heated and ready based on our schedule, when we plan to be at the house. Larry has repaired the liner on many occasions; last year, when he told us it was time for a new liner, he got the job done beautifully despite a mistake made by one of the vendors. One Friday night when I was freaked out about the heater going kaput-- Larry showed up at my house, and I am pretty sure I interrupted his dinner. But there he was.
