They are 20ish minutes away so I'd be paying $150 for them to drive to me. This is absurd. I was initially quoted around $200 total. Sue informed me that it could be $700!!! When I asked when I could be scheduled she told me that she couldn't give me a date and it would be at least another two weeks. Very poor experience. They are there to teach you how to do things yourself, or they can take care of everything for you which I appreciate. I'm somewhere in the middle so they price accordingly if I do a lot of the prep work for opening and closings. They also really know their stuff when it comes to pool chemistry and do free testings on your water. Bottom line is I trust these guys and they are the only company that I go to for advice or to service my pool.

Unfortunately, something happened this year and it has resulted in Cruz effectively stealing money from me. He indicated I needed a new pool cover and other equipment for my pool. In the past, I've paid a significant deposit and it has not been a problem (parts were typically installed in a couple of days of the deposit unless the parts were on backorder). This summer, he took a deposit for the pool cover and equipment and has yet to install the equipment. Offering up excuses or basically refusing to return my text messages. At this point, with winter approaching, I've run out of options and will be turning this matter over to the police. I would not recommend doing business with Happy Pools.

You can tell immediately that he knows his stuff - his experience and knowledge are evident in every interaction, but so is his kindness and passion for the process. The results speak for themselves. Parts of the front of our house have concrete embellishments that hadn't been cleaned in 80 years, and they look absolutely fantastic now.
