I was told a manager would contact me with a date. After waiting a week and not hearing, I called back and spoke with someone new. Sue was curt, and slightly rude. She couldn't find my information at first. And when she did, she told me that I would be charged $175 for the first hour - which. Includes drive time. They are 20ish minutes away so I'd be paying $150 for them to drive to me. This is absurd. I was initially quoted around $200 total. Sue informed me that it could be $700!!! When I asked when I could be scheduled she told me that she couldn't give me a date and it would be at least another two weeks. Very poor experience. I'm extremely frustrated and will be telling everyone I know not to use Lakeside Pool Services

He was efficient in finding great solutions that were innovative and smart. I would not hesitate to use Alan as my "go-to" guy for repairing and maintaining our property.
