Filed a police report but highly doubt we will ever see this money. I contacted the owner of Bontreger Pools to let them know of their employee. He was never fired and we never received our money back. Shame on Bontrager Pools. Why would you keep an employee like this?

Sometimes the advice makes you think WHAT?! but follow it and your pool will be crystal clear and blue. They have picked up the slack and steered us in the right direction when another pool chemical company just kept trying to sell us more and more stuff we didn't need. We opened our pool Monday and it was black (literally you couldn't see 4 inches below the water line) It's now Friday and our pool is almost crystal clear. Love this place and you have made us customers for as long as we own a pool. And I recommend everyone I know to come see you guys.
