They use conveyors and pumps and you will pay through the nose for it. They took 4 months to do my foundation, which was quoted in April with a 4 week lead time. It took 4 months to get my foundation, and they forgot to put in a basement window. Wasted my entire summer, so I couldn't start my house until September. Never again would I use this company.

I will have to pay another company to completely re-do them because Creative did such a horrible job. In fact out pavers were so bad I contacted the manufacturer, who came out to inspect the installation. It was confirmed that Creative did a bad job installing and is not an issue with the pavers themselves The rep for the company TechoBloc (who came and saw it in person) said they "feel terrible for my situation." Because Creative did such a bad job. Ryan is not to be trusted. Beware.
