They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing a hot tub from a more reputable dealer in Grand Rapids or elsewhere, or plan on being 100% self-sufficient beginning the day after you purchase.
