We bought a 2022 model Clarity Balance 8 brand new. In the first week continued through the first…read moresix months they had to make 5 warranty repairs. Grommets missing from the cover, the lift shock broke, the exterior lighting didn't work (this took them 5 attempts to finally fix), the top panel control failed. The studs that hold the headrests fall out. Things not fixed: the waterfall control isn't installed completely in the shell, I assume it will pop out someday. The exterior cabinet panels screw in place with tamper resistant screws. But the drain is behind the panel and removal is quite cumbersome every six months. The filters are really expensive and are much more difficult to clean than the sales people will tell you. The top is ripping near the handle where you lift it up. This tub was very poorly built, things don't line up well. I'll probably never buy another MasterSpa.

They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.
