The replacement parts are overpriced considering they don't last as long as the original. The Master Blaster lasted 11 months. The first replacement lasted 7 months. The second replacement can't be had because it's not in stock. It seems so many people have said online they frequently replace this part so the company can't keep up with demand. For anyone who doesn't know, this is the jet that is suppose to give the umpf to all the other jets. They still work, but not as relaxing. If Masterspa was a good business, they would stand by their product and either replace or refund, without penalty to me. If it had been 3 or more years, I would understand. But it started in the first few months. And the dealer wanted to charge me $245 an hour for travel because he's 2 hours away, and that's not covered by warranty.

Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

The woman I spoke to was rude and refused to reschedule for a time workable for me, saying that their other customers never cared when they came. Well, I want to be home when someone is working on my property and wanted my pool closed in Sept before freezing weather and why I made the appt well in advance. I was rudely told to take the Nov. appt. or get someone else. I got someone else and will never use them again. I suggest you do the same.
