The replacement parts are overpriced considering they don't last as long as the original. The Master Blaster lasted 11 months. The first replacement lasted 7 months. The second replacement can't be had because it's not in stock. It seems so many people have said online they frequently replace this part so the company can't keep up with demand. For anyone who doesn't know, this is the jet that is suppose to give the umpf to all the other jets. They still work, but not as relaxing. If Masterspa was a good business, they would stand by their product and either replace or refund, without penalty to me. If it had been 3 or more years, I would understand. But it started in the first few months. And the dealer wanted to charge me $245 an hour for travel because he's 2 hours away, and that's not covered by warranty.

Located on the north side of Angola on the west side of North Wayne it was easy to get in and easy to get to out. Walking in to their store, their show room was a little small and underwhelming, but the sales clerk had a big personality, was very knowledgable, and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for that would suit my needs. They work with several different manufacturers and have a warehouse in Fort Wayne so they have many, many more spas than they have in their show room and they can special order anything from their suppliers if you want to wait. In Angola, I worked with Kelly and she was amazing. From helping a first time hot tub owner learn some of the basics to helping to select the perfect model for me to explaining delivery, set up, and maintenance; I felt great and informed walking out the door. Lights haven't worked properly for 9 months now and Barry (owner) has promised repeatedly to come fix them. Hasn't happened. Moved homes within first year and needed help moving the hot tub- received empty promises of follow-up for months until my brother and I finally rented a truck with a massive forklift and just did it ourselves. I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing a hot tub from a more reputable dealer in Grand Rapids or elsewhere, or plan on being 100% self-sufficient beginning the day after you purchase. Once they have your money they're moving on to the next customer, and the only way you will even get a conversation with them is to corner them in their store. Buyers beware- you've been warned.
