Numerous mistakes by technicians with weekly service including dumping so much soda ash in the pool that we couldn't see the bottom literally a week after being told how great our pool water was. Now I got an email that I have a service call scheduled that I NEVER requested. I had mentioned that my pump wasn't working but NEVER asked them to do anything about it. All I ever get is excuses about new technicians or other stuff.

BEWARE OF YOUR PETS This is not a review of their pool…read morecleaning abilities. This is a review of the company's ethics and morality. On July 9 of 2026 Salten pools entered my home without confirming my dog was secured. When they saw that she was outside, they shut the pool gate, preventing her from accessing her water or her shade, and failed to re-open it upon their leaving. The temperature that day was 112, She was found over three hours later barely alive. After spending more than $1200 in emergency veterinarian bills, we were forced to end her suffering as she was bleeding out internally. Very horrific end to my elderly dogs life. Salten pools has taken zero accountability. Their technicians mistake cost my family dog her life. My family is distraught, we are left to deal with her death and her medical bills without so much as an apology. I guess I Was hoping a small business like this still had some sense of humanity, but sadly that is not the case. Be diligent of your pets if you use this company and ensure camera surveillance is available at all times so you don't have the burden of proving their negligence. Rest in peace, Rosie

Andrew at Maui Blue Pools is a great guy amd I'm very happy with the service he provides. His…read morepricing is the best I could find, and he doesn't nickel and dime for additional services like the other pool companies out there. I had two other pool companies quote me "one-time cleaning fees" of $200+ in addition to the regular monthly fee just to get my pool clean for the first time! Not Maui Blue - he said that was included in the regular service. The day he came out to give me a quote he actually shocked it for free without me even having signed up for his service yet! It was surprisingly hard to find a pool company that wasn't charging absurd pricing. One was $165/month + chemicals, + extra charges for things like backflushing the filter. Another was $160+ fees, and I had 2 that didn't even show up to quote when they said they would. Andrew at Maui Blue is only $140/month with everything included! He shows up when he says he will, always texts when he's on his way, and does a great job! I emphatically recommend him 110% and am extremely happy with his work. Give Maui Blue Pools a shot, he will definitely earn your business!
