They are responsible, responsive and communicative. There were some issues with the actual filtering system we have in our home and since the moment Gabriel first came to visit he made sure to equip me with the right staff to come check the system and an electrician to double check that it wasn't anything related to the wiring that was affecting the pump. Needless to say they resolved the issue in less than a week and have been extremely attentive. I'm so happy I was able to hire them for this service and would highly recommend doing business with them eyes closed. Taz came on time and change the seal with great competence A week ago I decided to order a new pump and motor online due to the noise of the motor and install it myself ... I texted Vincent for help and after several exchanges of texts and pictures he suggested that it was a problem with the voltage. I was sure that my timer was on 110 !! After checking , sure enough it was 250 V... so I put back the switch of the motor to 220 and voila it worked !! They are prompt in answering and he accommodated for his employee to come out on Wednesday and treated the pool for a bit of algae that had accumulated due to the motor being damaged but the way he handles business is unfortunately not good. What happened was a complete confusion, since I had already asked another service to do the work. This Start Pool Cleaner showed up when I was not present, let himself in through the side gate, without any prior announcement, and proceeded to do the cleaning without ever being asked to do so. I found out two months later that I owed them for cleanings that were never agreed to, and the owner came and changed my filter without my presence, which might have been better had he made it known in advance the actual day and time so that I could be there to pay attention to it. I paid another pool service the same two months, so I was double charged by Star even though I did not sign any contracts, or even meet them in person.
